We are enjoying our TV and have not had any problems with it once we understood how to adjust some of the settings (actually our 15 year old grandson did this for us).

Love the picture... love the size. Easy to use and set up. It's my second samsung and im sold.

This tv has great picture. It was an easy set up. Great features come with it. Love the smart tv.

This TV requires a 4k input to show 4K. It dies not have an upscale built in to conver 1080p to 4K. I purchased a BR player that upscale its output to 44K. It allows me to watch my movie in 4K and allows me to stream from my VUDU account in 4k going thru the BR player. If you stream 4k from You Tube the picture is spectacular Highly recommend for value since 4K transmission is limited for the next few years.

I've always been a Samsung fan when it comes to TVs. I'm a developer and I purchase them for all of the clubhouses at our apartment communities. We've never had a Samsung TV die on us, but we have had other models like Toshiba die overnight. So when a Toshiba in one of our lounges died, I replaced it with this Samsung. The installation was easy, the picture quality is great, and I'm confident the TV will last many years.

The TV has a great picture and is very easy to connect to the Internet and my Samsung phone.

Overall the TV is great for what I paid for it, but I have some issues with it. First I have a real hard time adjusting the picture so that it wasn't so dark that dark scenes in a movie could be seen. Second, and my biggest issue, is the remote. Very few dedicated buttons means going through many layers of menus to do what I can do with one button push on other TVs. I know the minimalist is in, but what works great on my iPhone leaves a something to be desired on my TV remote and makes navigating stations or inputs more complex instead of easier.

Outstanding quality. This is my third Samsung TV, easy setup and the picture is outstanding.

This 4K UHV TV was everything I was looking for when I moved into my new house. We needed a large TV to fill up the living room and this certainly fit the bill. The picture couldn't be better and the price was only $699 so I certainly got a bargain. I got free delivery as well which certainly helps when you're in the moving process. I would absolutely recommend this TV to anyone looking for a great TV at an affordable price.

Some technical difficulties using the remote control. I wish it was easier to navigate the functions. But overall The TV has great picture and sound.

I enjoy having a Smart T.V. All of the features are of maximum quality. Definitely a great buy!

Best TV ive ever bought, easy to use and picture quality is wonderful

So far, the TV is great. We love the image quality and the audio. We couldn't find a big difference between listening directly from the tv compared with a Bose speaker we connected to the tv. The image is excellent! The only thing I didn't like is that it doesn't have buttons to turn it on/off manually or at least I haven't found them. If you don't have a remote control, you can't do anything with the Tv.
