I have had this TV for about 2 months so far. No issues whatsoever. The setup was relatively easy for a Smart TV. The picture is great compared to other LED TVs in this price range. The remote control has very few buttons and is not easy to get used to, but since I use my Cable TV remote to control the TV it does not matter to me. I almost never use it.

TV performs well for a 4 star rating; I was disappointed that this model does not have sufficient RCA jacks to hook up your wireless headphones, etc. Had to buy an adapter to get my stuff to work.

My only regret is that I did not purchase the 65". My monitor needs are basic. i.e. a beautiful picture and easy adaptability to my 7.1 surround sound system, Harmony remote and Amazon Alexa (I have not given up my ROKU 3.) The Samsung - 55" Class (54.6" Diag.) - LED - 2160p - Smart - 4K Ultra HD TV - Black, performed those functions exceedingly well.

I purchased this television as a replacement for my Vizio which wasn't a bad TV but for the price i had to do get it and it has worked with no issues so far. I was a little disappointed that my Bose system would not work with the television after extensive troubleshooting still no luck so i ended up giving it to the person that I gave my old Vizio to.

This tv was purchased to hang in my garage. Didn't want to break the bank for a garage tv. Originally bought a 1080 Samsung but wasn't happy with the picture. Returned it to Best Buy and got the 4k. Wow! What a difference, picture is gorgeous. Friends complement on the clarity and joke that I have a better tv in my garage than they do in their house.

The picture is clear Remote a bit challenging The sound is good.

Got deal for $500.. awesome smart tv with uhd, easy to assemble..

We've been looking at a larger TV with up to date technology for some time. We caught this unit on sail ... and WOW, what a difference in color, speed and definition. We didn't want a curved screen .... this TV fit what we wanted exactly. So the older flat screen went to my son, who uses it for a computer monitor ... and we have this one! Great TV!

Very happy with it. Excellent picture, clear and eat to control.

We were looking for a new TV right around the Super Bowl and this TV fit the bill perfectly. only $500 for a 55" Samsung with 4K . We ended up buying two to replace both our game room and family room tvs. Picture is great, Sound from TV itself is surprisingly good, clear and loud, but I still use separate AVR and receiver even for two channel listening.
