This television was at a great price for great quality. It was easy to setup, has great sound, and clear picture. My son loves his birthday gift.

I was skeptical initially and became even more after reading some of the reviews. But on a second thought, I decided to go for it. Mehn! This TV is the bomb! I’ve had it now for at least one month, need say that I made a great choice by purchasing it. No problems with it at all. We are still enjoying it. I would encourage other buyers to go for it. It connects to other gadgets very good and clear ( computer/ laptop). The colors are sharp and fantastic . The delivery guys did a great job as well for us . You guys are the best. Thank you Best Buy.

Wonderful picture.I bought this for my mother in law and she loves it. Easy set up. Could use a clearer direction on choosing HDMI input choice.

My room is somewhat small so having a 55" TV definitely makes it seem like i have my own theatre. The TV is great, i love that it's a smart TV.

Excellent picture quality. Built in apps are nice. The buttons on the remote are little closer than I would like, but a great tv nonetheless.

Here’s my quick review... between cable, Streaming apps, and Blu-Ray, cable has the worse quality. But understandably so. So don’t expect your viewing pleasure to improve. Just a heads up. I upgraded from an 8 year old LG 720 HD TV to this Samsung 55MU6290 and overall I am very pleased. Pre-installed apps are great. If you have Amazon Prime and Netflix subscription and don’t watch regular TV shows, you can pretty much just cancel your monthly cable subscription. My cons are: there is an ad on the tv’s home menu, i don’t like that the directional cursor on the remote is positioned on the lower part - this makes it a little difficult to navigate apps, etc. If you prefer bluetooth then step up to the 55mu6300 but it is $100 more for just this one feature upgrade (and a smart remote).

I’ve had this TV for a week. My one major complaint is there is no 3.5mm audio port. (Headphones etc) I’m using a top notch computer sound system for my living room sound but without a 3.5mm it’s now useless. However other than that this TV is everything I want and need and the deal I got on it means I won’t be bringing it back. I’ll have to buy a new sound system after the holidays. The TV sound is actually quite good. It’s not premium TV level but it’s plenty liveable for the time being. My only other complaint is that it is full time 120hz motion. This is an issue with gaming. Gaming should be played at 60hz and while some TVs revert to 60hz when gaming, or have a dedicated 60hz channel, this one does not. Games still look amazing and after some adjustment I’ll get used to it.

Easy to set up. Set to settings suggested by Consumer Reports. Great picture, sound good+. Only using an antenna for reception. Very happy.

The TV is easy to set up and very clear. It has HDMI plugs that are adequate in number and the clarity with Comcast that I use is great.

we weren't sure which tv to buy but decided on Samsung instead of lg mainly because this tv is to be used on a stand and lg has a new stand with two legs rather than a center pedestal to fit our stand....old tv 11 years old 42 inch so big difference here.....nice bright picture and channels that are in 4k and very vibrant.....takes a little to get used to but it seemed like after the first night we were.....like the smart tv controls and ease of setup......very satisfied so far!

So far so good! Easy set up, 4K picture quality is great . Regular TV and Netfix work good, have not tried other options yet.
