Good picture, but doesn't power on after 3 months

Negatives: after just 3 months of intermittent use (it's in a bonus room that isn't used daily) it won't power on. A quick google search reveals this is a not uncommon problem with Samsungs and this model in particular. Contacting Geek Squad now, but be warned that this is a somewhat common and known issue.

She determined that Best Buy carried that particular model at a good price....so we went to the store to get it. The young man who waited on us was very pleasant and knowledgable. During our visit he did his job and offered an extended warranty as well as accessories....which we turned down. A couple young men carried the set out and placed it in our van for us. A very pleasant and efficient visit to Best Buy.

I use it for gaming so, so far so good. Tech compared to the older version is improved. The only issue I have is there is no mute button on the remote so, I have to turn the volume down manually then back up again. It’s still early but no issues so far.

Samsung Amazing TV again!

Not once have I been disappointed and this is no exception. The picture is beautiful the remote understands commands better than my iPhone by far and with the size TV I bought in the space I put it. It's feels like theater quality. I'm 100% happy with this buy.
