Picture is great, but the sound could be better. The features and functionality of this tv make everything happen effortlessly. It did take me a bit to figure out how to use the remote to turn the volume up. I had to Google it.

Always a fan of Samsung products. Did not expect such high quality for this price. Easy to setup and remote is extremely user friendly.

The picture is clear and clean, the sound is just fine (I’m not a sound critic), and the remote is easyvto use. I also like the apps!

Set up was easy. If you dont have wifi I would suggest getting that set up as there are many convenient wifi features with this tv. Connects to our xbox one S and android phone. Haven't tried connecting to iphone yet, not sure if it will. Beautiful, clear picture. Sound is good and the features are easy to find and use.

Bluetooth works with my airpods. Awesome quality for the price. I use 4K with PS4 pro in game mode and its unbelievable!

I purchased this tv for my dad as an upgrade gift. He loves the picture and how easy it is to navigate through the apps.

I was looking at a similar TV at a different store and happened to be at Best Buy. They price matched this TV and the customer service was excellent. The picture on this TV is phenomenal and the remote is very easy to use. Smart TV is also very functional and easy to use. My wife and I are very happy with this purchase.

The Samsung 55 inch LED Smart 4K Ultra HD TV was easy to set up. It has a great clear picture and sound- the size is perfect for my family room. You can find what you want to watch with the voice activated remote. I am satisfied with my purchase.

The TV was simple to set up and the remote much like an Apple remote was very intuitive. Picture quality is superb!

Great TV, perfect size, not too big not too small. You can access a lot of apps and the control has a microphone.

The TV was easy to set up, the picture is great. The problem I have is that it constantly pixelates and pauses the audio for 1-2 seconds. This happens about ever 30 seconds. It is very distracting.

We use this tv for streaming YouTube and PowerPoint photos and videos. Such a great picture and very easy to use

I purchased a Samsung 4K 55 in smart tv and have it connected to my tv antenna it has a great pictures it was easy to setup and I get 42 free over the air channels all the major ones and with the smart tv feature I have more program's than I can watch I also have a over the air DVR connected to it and it discovered my extra equipment and set it up the only thing of concern is getting use to the new type of remote it has no numbers on it to go to a channel direct
