||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm absolutely in love with my new TV. 4K HDR goes a long way and I highly suggest spending the extra $200+ instead of the standard 4k ultra hd version. But it's not worth spending twice the price. Still a great TV though. The smart technology also isn't bad, but it's also not the greatest either. I highly recommend using Apple TV instead or something of the sort.

Had purchased a 32" Samsung smart TV for our trailer and needed a new one for the house in order to drop Dish and start streaming along with OTA for local channels. Did find the documentation pretty poor but was able to download full manual on Samsung's site. Also the volume control button on the remote is poorly documented. You press it to mute and push up or down to raise/lower the volume. Adding silk screen arrows to the remote would have been much more intuitive. Angle of viewing is only about 100° before the picture starts to wash out a bit. Our living room is 17x15' so not a problem for us but something to keep in mind.

Bought a Very Nice wall mount for it as well. Steams well from WiFi. Many Apps available. Sounds decent. (better with a sound bar) Easy Set up right out of the box

Hooked it up to satellite box and the picture was great (when tv was turned on). Also hooked up Bluersy player. Satellite box not working (problems with HDMI port) and they are sending us a new receiver. Was able to watch Amazon Video. Picture and sound are great. Had to use a sound bar with old tv. Not with this one.

Great TV for an average size living area

The picture quality is great and it is easy to manage to get from one app to the next. I recommend asking a staff member at the store to help you get exactly what you want. The young man that helped me was absolutely great.

My low rating is due to the ads placed on the tv by Samsung that cannot be removed. If you don't care about that, then go ahead and buy the tv. But I don't think they have a right to invade my privacy and push products to me without at least informing prior to my purchase. I would not have purchased this tv had I known about Samsung's invasive advertising from the Home menu that cannot be removed or turned off. I called customer service and they said it's on there for good and they will not remove it.

I love being able to watch Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime on the big screen as well as surf the web, play music and tether to my smart phone. The Geek Squad set up was fantastic as well. No problems since I got it 2 months ago. I highly recommend.

My 2nd Samsung smart tv

It was out of warranty and fixing it was close to the same cost ad buying a new 1. I am trying Samsung 1 more time. This time I got a 5 year warranty though. So far the tv has exceeded all expectations. It's fast, clear and can switch from various inputs without missing a beat. I highly recommend it, though I continue to be weary of Samsung in general. Get the warranty just in case.
