Great TV, great buy, great color. Clear picture!!!

I am enjoying the Samsung TV. The color is fantastic and it was easy to setup. This tv is a replacement for a 15 year old 46" samsung tv that we left hanging on the wall of our old house when we moved. I think it is going to be a great replacement if it lasts as long as our old one. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because of the remote. It is very difficult to navigate through the different functions. Otherwise I think it is a great tv.

Great picture, did notice volume has to be turned way up to hear it good as compared to my other TVs.

We’ve had this TV for several months and we are very satisfied with it. The sound is decent if you switch around the sound settings in the menu. The picture is great - I like the “natural” setting for almost everything. TBH I don’t know much about TV’s but this one fit our needs perfectly.

Simply went to look at sale "stuff"... Had a problem with first salesman and ask for a Mgr. She was amazing! Once we told her what we needed she gave us the Royal tour and details that made our choice an easy one. We love our new TV and feel like we are sitting in a theatre!!! Way to go Best Buy!

I bought this TV for the high dynamic range. My first observation- tremendously easy installation. Two friends who are NOT geeks took it out of the box, hooked it up to my cable box and the outlet, spent 60 seconds on the remote settings, and then transferred me over to my cable remote so I wouldn't have to use both [though this has that great new remote that fits in the palm of your hand]. The picture was so bold and clear they sat down to watch TV right away. So far, I've been pleased with the ease of adjusting settings, still pleased with the improved picture. The only thing I intend to do is get a sound bar-- it feels like I have IMAX without the quad sound :).

Better than I expected. I wanted to go cheaper on the 55" but my super sexy wife insisted we buy up and get this one. I'm glad I did. Picture is awesome and I love how slim the TV is, and the silver bezel looks update and modern. Plus it looks great mounted to the stone fireplace.

Great picture easy to use, nice and thin, doesn’t take up much room on a table

I compared this TV iin store for past 6 months. Vert difficult to make decision between the 55 in LG( beautiful color) , the SONY black( beautiful contrast) and this Samsung (great brightness) . Decided on the Samsung because of the brightness and the ability to connect my wireless speakers ( told connecting a wireless device is not possible with the Sony). Overall a good choice.

I have bought many tv's in my 36yrs and this tv is by far the best tv I have ever viewed!! Gaming on it is insane! Watching movie(the reason I bought the tv) has made a big difference! See colors and objects in movies I never seen before. Just all around great tv!!

Great picture quality. My only disappointment was not being able to add cbs "all access". Apparently there is some type of compatibility issue. That is the reason I only gave the unit 4 stars. I am otherwise very happy. Picture is beautiful. sound is good, and the unit itself is very nice looking.

i did my homework and and so happy with this purchase so far. its all i was looking for in a tv. and of course great price on it during black friday pricing. i learned last year hoe the pricing worked and followed this item until it was at its lowest price....

First of all, the purchase experience we received at Best Buy was beyond expectorations. In a very friendly exchange all are questions were thoroughly answered. Thanks. We are very satisfied with the quality of the Samsung 55” HDR. 4K. Why did we wait so long!?

I enjoy the Bluetooth. The picture is superb, I have had no issues yet so far but its only been a month. It would have been better with more USB and HDMI ports.

Lost 6 yr old Samsung in flood. I wanted a reliable replacement ( 55") with a great picture. One like in the stores. Gullible, right? I could have run straight to Wal-Mart and bought the first one I saw. But no, I read reviews after reviews and talked to salesmen. I became so confused and my wife got so aggravated. I decided on either a Sony or another Samsung. I wanted to stay under a thousand dollars, so I bought this UN55MU7000FZA. Nice Iooking; the kind of stand I wanted; and pretty decent picture quality (after I got the right hdmi cable). The salesperson also deceived me on the motion rate of this tv over the Sony However, the remote is a piece of junk. Never could figure that thing out. Ended up putting in a drawer and using my cable remote (cox contour which I also despise). Now the thing keeps this tv from being a 5 star is the angle viewing. The straight on viewing is real good, but 3 feet to the left is too rich in color and 3 feet to right is washed out looking. Very annoying, un-enjoyable and disappointing. I have researched and found out that most of today's larger screen tv's have bad angle viewing. I wish I would have bought a 49" instead.

Great picture, and tv remote runs all equipment... Even the cable box.

This was definitely worth the buy. Great picture quality, easy to use apps, and the slim remote was a nice touch. Very pleased overall.

I have to say that this TV is wonderful. The picture is fantastic!. It's easy to use and easy to do screen mirroring from your phone as well. The menu is full of useful app and opening a web browser is surprisingly easy. I always had a hard time getting on the internet with my other smart TV, but not with this one. The universal remote is easy to sync with other devices as you connect to TV. Has a great slim design and not to heavy even on the stand ( doesn't wobble).

This tv has been everything I hoped it would be. I love that I can access my Hulu, Netflix, Amazon video and pandora all from my tv. The picture quality is amazing and the audio is incredible. Also can’t beat the price compared to similar models.
