    Great TV. Was skeptical at first but the picture quality is spectacular. Xbox one games looks stunning. The built in sound is good also. Not sound bar level quality but still very good for being built in. If you’re planning on mounting it you may need to purchase longer screws. The top screws that came with two of the mounts were not long enough but overall an excellent tv. If you can, connect the tv to the internet via Ethernet cable. My router was right next to it and the movie had to buffer a few times.

    Grantsed, i got a spectacular deal on an Open Box, but I couldn't be happier with this, my entry into the UHD 4K TV, and worth every penny they are currently priced at. I was guided to this model and specifically the MU8000 by a very knowledgable BB rep in Salem, NH. who helped me to understand that not all 4k/HDR TVs are the same. Yes the Q series is impressive but this MU80000 has an incredible picture, good sound, and was exceptionally easy to set up, and has the proper technology to deliver the goods

    The choice for us was either this or the more expensive one. The main difference was the more expensive one has a narrower wire connecting to the TV compared to this one. His one won and we're satisfied! The picture is great, even when the sun is coming through the windows. Probably the best part is the remote and the single box all the peripherals go into. Only one wire to the TV itself. The remote does take some time to get used to but after a few days of playing around it is now a breeze. And the voice commands are awesome!

    This is an excellent HD TV. The picture is superb. Installation was well documented and easy to perform. Connecting via bluetooth to my Samsung soundbar went well. The applications and devices I hooked up to this unit are easy to use including, a Amazon FireStick, Amazon Prime Music-Movies and an HD antenna for local TV. The Samsung included internet browser and YouTube apps work very well. The mobile app Samsung Smart View works well for view pictures from my iPhone. Simply put, I am very happy with this TV.

    I have had 3 other samsung smart TVs before this one. This one is ridiculously good and has improved dramatically over a 2016 model that I currently have. I like the speak to find option. Simple remote is actually really nice. I wish this TV had the connect panel like the QLED model lineup. The salesperson in the store incorrectly showed me the QLED connect panel and wire. I was disappointed when I opened the box and realized it was not the same. Not a deal breaker and I would buy this model again knowing that info.

    overall great product i had a sony 46 in for 15 years it finally died,i was wanting a 55 inch uhd 4k when i found this one at best buy on sale.the sales person was very helpful in answering my questions did a little research and decided this was what i really wanted. it was easy to set up the only drawback was the eco setting making the picture darken to compensate for the room lighting. i found the setting for eco and turned it off. and the picture stays well lit and the whole family is very happy with this model.

    This is my first smart tv and I really like it! Of course the picture is excellent because it is a UHD Samsung. What surprised me most was the well-designed remote control with many DVR interfaces (I'm using an old Tivo Premier). The remote isn't filled with many buttons, but instead assigns several intuitive functions to the same button, depending on how it is pressed (up, down, depress). (I don't usually have to reach for the Tivo remote.) The interface to the smart functions is also very intuitive.

    i did a lot of research before pulling the trigger on this TV. NOw we know all too well that the images we see at any store are from 4k UHD feed that will of course make the quality of the picture AMAZING. But when we take it home, its a different experience of course.However , this UHD TV was stunning upon plugging it in. As long as you have great 4k connecting cables, 4k or blu-ray player and a or streaming device that can stream HD /UHD/4k content, , your'e gold ! I absolutely love my TV !

    I've only purchased 2 tv's in my life. Up until a few years back, I always had a hand-me-down. I really loved the 1st Samsung that I got, the visuals, sound quality, the apps available, all excellent. Now we just got this new Samsung to upgrade our living room and everything is even better but the sound is disappointing. When on amazon and watching a movie, the volume was turned all the way up but it wasn't very loud. They promote the sound bar with this TV at the store and I guess I will need to look into that.

    I own a 49, 55 and 65 Inch Samsung LED - Smart - 4K Ultra HD TV's All perform awesome. Prior to this I had two 46 inch Samsung LCD TV's neither of them Smart TV's. These new Samsung Smart TV's combine everything you need into one place. I can get to Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, PlayStation, Cable box all with this one device. I also added the Samsung Sound Bar. The smart hub makes it all happen and with only 1 cord going to the TV. The Picture quality is above all than I would have expected as well.

    They built this TV design specifically to show off the new idea about making it look like there are no wires sticking out of the back of the TV, but then they go and make you attach a big thick long wire that is connected to a big heavy power bar and another wire connected to a box that has all the plugs for accessories .....their design idea for hiding the wires was good but then they added more bigger wires to stick out the back instead.....made no sense to me.

    First 4K TV

    This is a great tv for my first 4k UHD with HDR experience. Up conversion is the thing that was most important, since most signals are broadcast in 1080p or less. So far, the quality of my signal has been enhanced and makes watching tv more enjoyable. I purchased an Ultra Blue Ray HDR disc to play to get the full resolution, however, there was not enough difference to warrant buying Ultra 4k disc over regular blue ray disc. Overall the experience is greater and highly recommended over other formats.

    I was upgrading from my 32 inch LED Samsung and wanted something that will provide an amazing viewing pleasure. This TV does not disappoint. Purchased during black Friday sale week and not only did I get the best price but got the best TV for the price. This TV is one of the only ones that say 240 motion which is 120 refresh rate and this price. That refresh rate makes a huge difference when watching HDTV programs. This TV also has the amazing HDR settings. Everything just looks awesome on this TV.

    I reseached 4K TVs with low input lag specifically for use with my Xbox. After all the reviews, I kept coming back to Samsung, which was fine by me as it’s my third Samsung TV and I’ve been very happy with all of them. This TV is great! The form factor is sleek and clean. There is only one cable to the television, so cable management is easy. The picture is gorgeous! The color and sharpness are phenomenal. This is my first TV with HDR, and it is definitely worth the upgrade over a 6000 series.

    This TV is overall pretty good. 4K and HDR both make a marked difference, smart functions are very smooth, remote is nice. My only issue with this TV is when you put it in Game Mode to remove input lag, you get occasional flickering red lines throughout the screen. This is very noticeable. If you're looking to buy this TV for 4K gaming, I would suggest buying another TV, and perhaps another brand. Several Samsung TVs also suffer from the flickering lines in game mode.

    First off, I'm a fan of samsung products; it's never let me down. This is the best tv i ever had. I had to chose between this and the curved version, but i chose this since the only difference was that the curved tv automatically adjusts its brightness/contrast based on the lighting of the room. I felt like that was not worth an extra $100 for, so i opted for this flat screen. I'm glad i did. The 4k image quality is superb and it being a smart tv makes it so much easier to stream 4k movies/shows.

    I paid more than my husband thought I should but that's because I did my research. We watch a lot of sports in our house and if your tv is not a 120 native or AKA 240 MR. Motion rate is computer generated clarity which is great for watching regular TV but if you're watching sports, a lot of action movies or playing video games you will get a blur. So this TV was the BEST choice for us!! The picture is AWESOME no matter what we are watching! If you want a clear and excellent picture this TV is your best bet!

    I was very surprised when I unboxed this TV and discovered that it has no HDMI ports on the back. This TV uses a proprietary connection system with a box and special cable which might appeal to some, but it did not work for me as all my cabling is in-wall. Samsung should put at least one HDMI port on the back for those who don't want to use their proprietary system. I had to return the TV. The store rep was very helpful in assisting me with finding a Sony model that better meets my needs.

    Just picked this up to use with my new Xbox One X and it changed my gaming experience! I was debating between this and the Sony X800 series models but I'm glad I went with this one. The sleek silver design of the tv really makes it pop. Although that's not really important when it comes to tvs, it does look sexy with the rest of my decor lol. This tv does take some configuration to really optimize the HDR. Make sure you go into the settings and turn the HDR on for the individual Inputs.

    This is a fantastic TV. My family is very brand loyal to Samsung and this TV confirms our brand loyalty once again. It has brilliant colors, a great refresh rate, and an amazing smart hub. If you are just out of college like me, you probably don't have cable. This TV does a great job with streaming Netflix, Amazon and more. The quality of the picture and even the sound on the TV speakers is excellent for a smaller room or midsize home theatre. Samsung has really outdone themselves with this TV.
