This TV uses a proprietary connection system with a box and special cable which might appeal to some, but it did not work for me as all my cabling is in-wall. Samsung should put at least one HDMI port on the back for those who don't want to use their proprietary system. I had to return the TV. The store rep was very helpful in assisting me with finding a Sony model that better meets my needs.
