Everything went fine with the setup until I tried connecting the Smart Hub. No matter what I tried, it wouldn't connect. I read all the forums and help sites only to discover that many others were experiencing the same problem. After trying for 4 days, I called Samsung Support. I spent about an hour with Support, until he finally told me to call my Internet Provider and deal with them. He said my router wasn't on the correct frequency to connect to the TV. I boxed it up and returned it to Best Buy. The cashier told us that he had taken back several other Samsungs for the same reason. I ended up getting a Sony and had everything up and running within an hour. Will never buy Samsung again.

Good TV For the money
