Set up was easy. Careful on unpacking and be sure to view unpacking video to make the process go smoothly. Picture is better than expected and makes you feel as if you are there. Love the 120 resolution! Only problem I had was I used the previous HDMI cable from my older TV and at times had a popping or scratching sound. Went back to Best Buy and they suggested to replace HDMI cable to the newer Rocketfish 4K ULTRA HD PREMIUM HDMI CABLE and not only did the sound problem go away but the picture improved as well. I'm using the TV without a sound bar and have no problem with sound volume and generally have the TV set at 8 - 11 on the volume bar. Believe the Max sound bar goes to 60! Very Happy with purchase

We purchased this TV, as we own other Samsung products and they are great. The best thing about this TV, is that there is no glare, no matter if you have all types of lighting on. The picture is beautiful and the sound with this TV is outstanding. To me this is a great TV and would highly recommend. GREAT PRODUCT!!!!!

This is the best television I have ever owned. It has plenty of bang for the buck. Was simple to put the stand on, and effortless to set up. I love it. My only treedatiom wasn’t the Samsung name as I am an Apple user. It does not make a difference. The one thing is the remote is as simple and basic as it gets.

The up-scaler is excellent. Picture quality and color consistency is outstanding. Notice judder in some content like Youtube and off air networks programs, but very few. The remote is a little complicated at first and works well once you learn how to use it. It controls all my connected components. The Connect One device makes it very easy to connect your components to a wall mounted TV. The only negative issue so far is I had to remove and restore Netflix and my Dish receiver due to loss of response, very soon after hooking up the TV.

I have had my TV for almost a month and it is great. Pictures are a lot clearer than my old TV. However, Geek Squad just dropped off my TV and did not install it like I was told they would. First time I ever had them just deliver something and leave. My son figured it out and got it set up with my cable.

From the set up by 2 wonderful Geek Squad gentlemen to the quality and perfect picture of my new 55 inch television I am totally enjoying the great picture quality it has made the Holiday even happier than I could have realized. I would recommend this 55 inch Samsung to friends and family Happy Holidays

I read reviews and talked to numerous sales people about this TV versus other 4K sets and finally decided to make the purchase once it went below $1000. I'm so glad did. The larger size, vividness of the picture plus its ability to upscale dvds and streamed content makes it an exceptional purchase.

Great looking TV and great picture! This was a replacement for an old Samsung and I couldn't be happier. My old Samsung was 10 yrs. old and still works great but there have been such improvements I decided to update my TV and I am very pleased. It was easy to set up because I had Geek Squad do it.

Great picture.Great sound. Easy to operate for the most part. The remote has a bit of a learning curve.

This quality of the 4K picture has changed my life for the better. I can’t believe I spent all those years watching 1080p television? This television is a must buy for anyone looking for an amazing viewing experience. The 40w speakers are surprisingly powerful with a nice full range of sound.

I love this tv. The price point, picture, capabilities and reliability. If you're looking for a tv and not willing to spend the extra for oled or qled, buy this one. you won't be disappointed with the quality of the picture or the TV. Be prepared to possibly troubleshoot wireless issues if you connect it to wifi. Forums have some complaints and it's not a perfect connection. I have not utilized the Bluetooth or voice commands yet.

Purchased 55" TV, I was looking at reviews prior to purchasing. I have the TV for about 1 month, and love the quality and all the features. I purchased the week before the Black Friday's deals and received the same price offered on black Friday. I would definitely recommend buying this TV.

I’ve always owned Samsung TVs in this TV is awesome the picture on the TV is beautiful. I love the design of the actual TV itself, and the voice control remote is easy to use.

The TV has great picture and easy to set up.The smart hub people complain about does have a long cord on it and can be hid. It does recognize devises. The only complaint I have is the smart remote doesn't control my amazon fire stick. I have to use it's remote. Has great sound also.

Picture is excellent but really appreciate the remote and access to the smart tv functions using the remote. I also bought a Sony tv and the Samsung has superior controls.

Wow, i love this tv. Its my first 4k and I am glad i didn't buy a cheap $300-$400 deal 4k. The options and connectivity of this tv is great. It features a one connect system that is very easy to set it up where you hide all your cables/wires making everything look very sleek.

I went into Best Buy with a budget in mind, but not really knowing what to get. The sales associate helped me pick this tv and I must say it is awesome! The picture is 10/10 and the sound is even pretty decent without the addition of a sound bar. I would definitely recommend it.

It’s really a great looking TV I don’t care what people say. The specs to the eight series and a nine series or exactly the same. The games on my Xbox one x look incredible. I’m so happy I didn’t have to return it!

I went in to my local Best Buy store to purchase a different TV which was larger and cheaper but was taken back by how amazing this TV looked. After looking over the specs and seeing the images this TV provided it was a no brainer. Good for gaming, streaming, and 4k antennas.
