The Geek Squad did a great job setting up our 55" Samsung tv. They explained everything and were very cordial. They did every thing we requested at the time of purchase. We are enjoying our new tv. It was a good purchase.

Did quite a bit of researching before purchasing. Upgraded from a 12 year old 720p Plasma 50". Was going to stay at 50" then I seen this jewel on display. Right tv, right price. Easy setup. Sharp frame, beautiful picture.

We purchased two of these TVs… One for each floor. We are very happy with the quality of the picture and the amount of input options. Samsung does a very nice job with automating the setup. The remote control is nice too.

The Samsung 8000 tv is a very good tv for a mid level price. The picture is crystal clear and the sound is above average. Only complaint is that the legs supporting the 55" tv are not very stable. In order to ensure safety, a anti-tip device is needed which costs extra.

I Just love it. Works fast and high quality even when connected to my mobile hotspot. And I love the combination of built in Apps specifically Amazon. Setting up was the fastest I've ever seen! And I love the smart box!

Very easy to use. Some don't like the remote, but I'm not sure why, it's so easy to use! I think many are use to the bulky remote with a boat load of buttons...this remote was well though out. Tv itself is excellent.

This TV is awesome. It has a wonderful picture. The TV stand is really cool. I love this TV. The only negative is the sound, which seems to be the case with all TVs now a days so we've ordered a sound bar to go with it.

This is my first smart tv and I really like it! Of course the picture is excellent because it is a UHD Samsung. What surprised me most was the well-designed remote control with many DVR interfaces (I'm using an old Tivo Premier). The remote isn't filled with many buttons, but instead assigns several intuitive functions to the same button, depending on how it is pressed (up, down, depress). (I don't usually have to reach for the Tivo remote.) The interface to the smart functions is also very intuitive.

this tv has the look and sound that is top notch. brilliant, clear and simple. smart hub IS really smart and easy to navigate. the clean look of the near borderless screen is fantastic. sound is almost sound bar quality.

Only had it a week but love it. Easy to set up except with the Bose sound bar. Still working out the kinks but only because I’m not very technical. Love that the cords and cables are hidden. Reading through the reviews and talking to professionals I decided to go with the 8000 series vs the lower #s. Good price for this one. Very happy.

The picture quality for 4K shows and movies is amazing with this TV. I watched Sneaky Pete and Moving Art: Oceans in 4K and the quality is freaky good. I love the remote and the UI that Samsung has developed, it is simple to use. Setting up my Amazon, Netflix and Hulu accounts was easy, I also setup my Roku for other content that I get from that (may not need that anymore). Connecting my Blueray/DVD player was simple, I can even control it from the TV remote but can't do everything (still need the blueray/dvd remote, same goes for the roku). The viewing angle is pretty good, something that I checked out in store before buying this TV. When I got this home and set it up, I sat in every chair in my living room to make sure the picture was good at all angles. I don't have a large living room and I am only 10' away from the screen so my viewing angle isn't wide. If you are interested in this TV, go see it in the stores at the distance and angle you'd be watching from home. I know that some people buy sound bars for their TV's but I found the sounds on this TV to be really good, so I never bought one. Perhaps I don't know what I am missing. I have found OTA content, like the Super Bowl, to be excellent. When I watched the Super Bowl I was looking for lag when the ball was thrown and couldn't really tell that there was any. I am super happy with this TV and would recommend that anyone buy this, or the 65" model.

Great tv, only thing I would like to see is maybe a sports, theater/movie preset option,and easier to change the options you do have. I've noticed shutting off hdr+ and putting on dynamic picture settings is phenomenal for basketball and hockey games so far, other than that, the tv quality is amazing which is expected from a 4k, 240 refresh, uhd HDR10 tv! Also, I have to use a roku for apps not supported like NBCSN which I use every other day, even though Samsung's the only brand I love, doesn't support it the remote that comes with this tv also can control that too which makes things much easier. And the graphics on the PlayStation even though it's not a PS4 pro, this tv makes it difficult to play on anything else with the right HDMI.

This unit has really nice picture quality and ease of use

I paid more than my husband thought I should but that's because I did my research. We watch a lot of sports in our house and if your tv is not a 120 native or AKA 240 MR. Motion rate is computer generated clarity which is great for watching regular TV but if you're watching sports, a lot of action movies or playing video games you will get a blur. So this TV was the BEST choice for us!! The picture is AWESOME no matter what we are watching! If you want a clear and excellent picture this TV is your best bet!

This TV has an excellent picture and I happy with my purchase. I only wish the installation went better, but other than that I am pleased with my purchase and will definitely come to back to Best Buy in the future..

Definitely the best TV I've owned. The smart TV is easy to use and set up. Picture is crisp and colors are beautiful.

Great tv for the money, easy to use and great picture!

The colors really pop on this model and it was by far the easiest tv I’ve ever set up. Sony has more life like colors (I own the 900c 55inch and 65inch) but I still love the bright bold look from this Samsung

I love my new tv. I love that it is 4k. The picture is beautiful in the dynamic mode. I've been watching a lot of older movies and the picture on it is crystal clear. I would definitely recommend this tv.

It is the best TV I have had, I use this TV with my Xbox One X, it has a lot of modes you can set for picture quality and it already have a GAME HDR mode that makes your gaming experience to be great. Movies, TV shows everything looks great on this TV. Only "cons" I would say, is the lack of apps integrated and availability due to the operating system, but you have the common ones, Netflix, Youtube, Hulu. Add a Roku device to this TV and you will not need nothing else.
