Great pic; easy to set up; need info on remote use

Easy to set up and has a choice of picture modes. When you first turn it on it walks you through the set-up. Easy to connect to the wifi for streaming. Channels and the DVR can be accessed through the TV.

I've had many Samsung units over the years, usually upper end units, this replaces an HDTV from 2011, boy they keep making them better every year, so happy with this purchase and my wife is happy too!

I had a plasma tv finally die and I did research for a new tv. Decided on the Samsung 55" MU8000. It was easy to set up, and I am pleased with the picture quality and sound. Great tv for a small room.

Wanted the 50" but wasn't available Decided on the 55". Good choice. Picture is VERY GOOD. Sound quality susprizingly good, exalthough a Bose soundbar and subwoofer were added. So far, very satisfied

This was my move in present to myself and it was soooo worth it! the picture quality is amazing, I am looking forward to the day when all networks broadcast in 4K, until then you tube is beautiful!!

The picture is excellent. Colors are bright and clear. 4K programs are amazing. Install and setup were easy.

Went from tube tv to this.Took me along time to make final decision which Samsung I wanted. You won’t be sorry if you get this tv,. The guys that help set up my tv were awesome and very helpful.

I am such a fan of Samsung products. This is my first Samsung TV, and I'm sold! The picture looks like you are looking through a window. Setup was easy, and I'm impressed with the packaging.

Hands down Samsung came to play. This TV has a remarkably great picture. This get the most out your tv... I would pair with a blue ray player or Xbox. Stunning quality with smooth motion.

Excellent tv ,have it for about 3 weeks now and no regrets. Excellent picture cannot ask for better. All the aspects you would want from a good tv is in this tv, Samsung did it excellent.

I can’t believe the improvement over HD! 4K UHD is truly remarkable; actually vastly improved picture whatever the source video! Great home theatre with sound bar\subwoofer combo added!

We have only had this tv up and running for a couple days, but I really love it so far! I only buy Samsungs, I believe they’re the best out there. The picture quality is just amazing!

Great buy for the price! upgraded from an LG tv and i'm not going back anytime soon. Looks great aesthetically and picture quality is awesome for gaming and watching HD movies. Crisp!

I recently purchased a 7000 series Samsung tv and returned it because of the poor quality of the picture. I moved up to the 8000 series and the picture greatly improved. Also the picture looks good from different positions in the room. I have owned several Samsung TVs over the years and if this one lasts as long as the last one it will be a great tv. The colors are vibrant and the sound is acceptable. All in all it is a great tv.

Seemed to be the best value in a 55" 4K with HDR and Energy Star. Networking and apps work great. Picture is amazing and so is the sound. Very thin TV and bezel. The screen does reflect a lot of ambient light. I feel a glossy screen might be better at rejecting light but this is a matte screen that seems to absorb it, not in a good way. The cables routing through the back of the leg is great, but they really should let you route it through either leg depending on where your outlet is. As it is, the cables can only route through the left side making the cables too short for where they need to go (for me) and required an extension cord, which sucks,

Very happy with this quality Samsung Smart TV. Excellent picture and even sound. Exactly the TV we were looking for. To have the 4K Ultra is a plus and you can't beat the price.
