Great television. Clear picture from side to side and top to bottom. Outstanding color. I was thinking of getting a sound bar however it's not necessary as the sound quality is excellent. Also Jeff was the technician who installed our tv he did a magnificent job. Would purchase again

The Samsung 8 series is very good indeed. The blacks are deep , the colors crisp and the screen itself is very bright . The HDR and 4K really make the images pop. Would recommend .

I love this TV! It has a very sleek design and mounts very nicely to the wall. All of the HDMI cables connect to a remote Samsung box, which eliminates clutter surrounding the TV. I'm extremely pleased with the picture quality!

I bought this tv 2 years ago and it still drops my jaw with that beautifull picture and this is not even 8k. It is a excelent tv and easy to set up everything from apps to sound bar. Playing God of war on this display is so breathtaking btw.

First of all let me say that the TV is a great Smart TV. It has a great picture, is sleek, would look great on the wall, or on the stands. It has good Smart TV features. Sound is pretty good. A drawback is that the only way to connect to it is through 4 provided HDMI ports. I would have liked to see a couple other ways to connect legacy devices to it without special adapters which may or may not work well. I had to buy a new Blu-Ray player to go with it because I could not connect my DVD player to it. I am using it in conjunction with DirecTV, but also with the built in NetFlix and built in Web Browser and Spotify. I also bought it on sale which saved a few hundred bucks. One thing I will STRONGLY RECOMMEND to purchasers is to get Best Buy Geek Squad to install and set it up because they did an OUTSTANDING job. Lastly, the remote is very modern and sleek to the point of being confusing to use. Also there are no buttons on the TV itself so you are dependent on the remote.

I love Samsung TVs. This 55 inch is a great size for our den. I am very pleased with my choice.

the picture is very clear however, if the tv is on for more than several hours it will fade to an all green screen for no reason as the sleep mode or screen saver mode is off.
