Love the Samsung 8000

Never again will I purchase any product belonging to the junk from the other S. I settled for a nice LG and it is a great TV but when the 8000 (not curved) showed up on sale this Christmas I let it go in the early sale and when it showed up again just before Christmas I pulled the trigger and glad I did. I am not a gamer but watch alot of old movies and programs plus antenna UHF/VHF TV. It seems to bring in more channels than the LG did and it doesn't remove and replace random channels like the LG. Picture quality is great and the sound is far better than the previous 2 TVs. If I had the money I would buy a second for the bar in the basement.

A Lebron James TV! Does Everything!

I use my TV for pure entertainment which includes gaming so input lag matters very much. This TV is simply amazing! When I initially purchased this TV my 2 yr old accidently threw a small car and cracked the screen. So after some time I decided to replace it. I usually never buy the same TV twice because I like to research the best TVs and try others. Well I did try the next big thing and went with an LG and I had it a day or so and it wasn't the same. So I took it back and purchase the Samsung again. I made the best decision. This is far the best TV. Slim, 4k, Smart, low input lag. A TV that's like a Lebron James player. Does everything. Trust me buy this TV!
