Good picture - easy set up with auto remote connections. However, Need more instructions in fine tuning use of remote

Best tv I’ve purschased from bestbuy. I am enjoying the smart tv functions as well as the clarity of the screen. I love the one connect box. It helps to keep the tv looking clean and wire free.

This is a great tv. It was very east to set up and connect to my other electronics. Picture is bright and clear. Remote is a bit small but easy to use. Overall a I am very happy with this purchase.

Excellent picture with high Dynamics. Had to purchase a sound bar. the sound was not as good as my 46" Samsung Tv.

I have purchased only Samsung TV's, however this Samsung MU8000 4K, I would not purchase again. I do not like the one connect cable box. I would prefer it to be on the back of the TV. I have my TV on a stand, and I do not like what legs that are on either side of the TV. Buying this TV with the 240 motion is a waste of money. If I had known there was hardly any difference between the 120 and the 240, I would have bought the 65" Samsung with the better support in the middle of the TV for it to be on a stand. I have 3 other SAMSUNG TV's which I like, but I do not like this TV at all. It takes awhile to find out if you are going to like a TV, and after spending a lot of money on this TV, I can honestly say I wish I would have taken it back. The only good thing I can say is that the color is good, but it is also good on my other Samsung TV's.

Brandon McDaniel did a terrific job of installing the equipment to hang my 55" Samsung TV on the wall and setting up the TV as well. He was a good teacher who explained how to use the Samsung Remote as well as the Spectrum, remote. I am recommending Brandon to anyone who wants first class service from Best Buy.

GREAT PICTURE! COMES WITH A 'BOX' PLUGS INTO THE TV THEN YOU PLUG THE HDMI CABLES/USB INTO THIS INSTEAD OF TRYING TO PLUG INTO THE BACK/SIDE OF THE TV, THIS IS A GREAT FEATURE. NOT HAPPY THAT THE TV DOES NOT SWIVEL, NEVER THOUGHT TO CHECK THIS OUT PRIOR TO PURCHASE. THE TV MENU IS OKAY BUT DOES NOT HAVE A LOT OF FEATURES AND IS NOT VERY "CUSTOMIZIABLE"! OVER ALL IT IS A NICE TV.

Bought this TV to go with my Play Station Pro4, works great. The refresh rate and and picture brings the games to life. Wish the cable companies and dish companies would catch up with the tech.

We have owned Samsung televisions for several years now, and we are pleased with the picture and performance.

The picture is a very good quality. It almost looks 3-D. The color is sharp and vivid. We had no idea how much we were missing out with on our old TV. 4K HDR is the only way to go from now on out.

The picture and sound is fantastic. The upgrade of the remote for navigation is very streamlined and user interface with apps is outstanding. Highly recommend. we have this in both a 55" and 65"

The picture on the TV is so vivid, I've never seen another TV with such sharp colors! Was so easy to set up. I bought this for my son, now going to purchase another just like it for myself!

What a great product. Picture quality is detail and audio is good. You don’t need to blast it with volume. The remote is good and the voice command comes in handy. I highly recommend this.

Great service when selling me the product. That's where it ended, We got the tv and 7 speaker system wired, installed and technically set up successfully, but then a few days later it wasn't working all together correctly (Maybe a kid hit a button?). The tv and receiver were supposed to turn on together and all sound was supposed to come from the home theater system. It was probably just a setting on the tv or receiver or both, but we couldn't figure out how to change it back. I called Geek Squad because we had purchased support, and they told me it would be !!$650.00!! to help us get the tv settings correct. I spent $3,000.00 on the support contract, tv, receiver and home theater speaker system, and now we can't watch Netflix using the surround sound. Very disappointing. Hopefully I will find time to figure out how to fix it myself. I wish the technicians who are familiar with this could give us 5 mins of advice concerning a problem they are most likely familiar with and could solve in 10 mins what has taken us hours to try and rectify.

Love this television, bought to replace my 32". Definitely worth the money. Super clear picture, and love the smart tv apps. Would recommend to anyone looking to replace their current television.

Picture is very clear, Setup was extremely easy! Love the power supply box because it has additional hdmi plugs and it can be located in an easy to access location thanks to the cord on it!

What can I say, this Samsung Series 8 55” flat screen delivers. Right out of the box is an easy set up. With the control box the hdmi is a quick connect, which the hdmi cord is hidden going to the tv through the tv stand.I had the go to settings to change the clarity of the picture. It’s personal preference. The picture is so true to color and detail. I had purchased a Samsung 58” series 6 and return it for this one. Reason being, I was getting to much jutter in the picture and I could not get rid of it in the resolution settings. With the series 8 there is so much control with the jutter, especially when watching sports where there is so much movement. It’s not flawless but with the clarity makes it a better tv. I would recommend the series 8 to anyone who enjoys deep rich color in watching tv.

Great clarity. The sound/speakers are great... Gives a surround sound feel without having surround sound.

This is the best tv. I put it upstairs and it’s a great size on the wall. So convenient as a smart tv. Can watch all my favorite shows so easily

Quick access to apps like Netflix and Pandora. Voice feature on remote works well. Immediately recognized my network and connected automatically. Plays most codec files such as .MKV, .Mp4, .AVI and .MOV. All of the connections (HDMI for xbox) go into a small box that sits separate from the TV.
