First tv had bad pixels got area if brightness when dark screen was in. Best Buy was quick to bring another one. 2nd one works great. Beautiful picture and one remote works for all devices hooked to it. Voice recognition for channel changes is a great feature also. Apps for Tv work great also.

Read lots of reviews and settled on the Samsung - and glad we did. A bit of a hassle to hang on the wall - needed longer screws than came with the mounting kit to attach the bars to the back of the curved TV so it would hang straight - but a trip to Home Depot solved that issue for around $6.

The only TVs I ever purchase are samsung TVs. They have the best picture quality and easy to set up. I absolutely love this tv and recommend to anyone looking for a reasonable priced tv.

Overall this tv produces a clear sharp picture with colors and skin tone that appear true. If what I read in the past is still true, the picture at times seems less than perfect which may be due to the broadcast or cable quality not up to 4k SUHD and not due to any shortcoming of the tv.

Colors are brilliant. The picture could be alittle sharper. Some shadowing when looking at sports.

Sleek, beautiful and one of the best TV's that I ever bought. The picture quality is great. It's bit pricey but it's a one time investment if you are thinking of long term.

Samsung 8000 series is a great TV. Clear picture, thin border which I love, the right stand, and the remote is the best remote I've ever used. So far I'm happy with the purchase.

I can now access my MLB package. Easy to load apps, Crisp color and takes up less space than my previous 55 Samsung. Great price for a great product with newest technology.

It is an excellent TV, very good definition in HD and 4K, of course it is a little complicated to find true 4K in Streaming, but if it is very good in all image sound, applications, the remote control is fabulous, the one connect provides a smart service.

I originally purchased the QLED, but I returned it for the 8000. The TV is very similar so for the value, this TV works very well for me. I sit about 15 feet away from the TV and the size seems right. What I like most about the TV is the motion rate - it seems to make movement seem more realistic. The only thing I don't are the edges (specifically bottom) and the rear - the look cheap especially compared to the QLED.

The color and performance of my new 55" Samsung TV is great. I love all of the Smart TV things it can do, flip of a button and you are on Netflix or Amazon. Really awesome TV.

Great TV! 4k content looks amazing. Great for gaming. Ease of use with other Samsung product like phones and tablets. Great sound from built in speakers.

Before I purchased a new TV I did a lot of research to find a great TV for my budget. I have owned Samsung TV's for a number of years and have always been happy with them. This Samsung 4K 55" TV had great ratings in Consumer Reports as well as on several sites the reviews from customers were mostly positive. The Best Buy Geek Squad was optimal in installation and explaining how the TV works. Very simple to understand and the picture is unbelievable. Best purchase I have made in a long time!

Fabulous picture, easy to use controller, signal inputs are at the end of a cord rather than at the back of the set - much easier to plug into when using a PC or camera.

Another classic from Samsung. Very light, app-packed tv. One connect is also a great feature so you don't have to fiddle around with the rear of the TV for HDMI connections.

Love our new Samsung TV, the picture is lifelike, color is beautiful, 55 inches is a great size. This is our second SAMSUNG TV and I highly recommend this brand.
