Great value for the price. I looked at the model below, but this version had the upgraded colors spectrum and it shows. Very bright whites, and deep blacks while still lots of details.

Love the picture, fits perfect in my available space, this tv has lots of features, and easy to use.

I waited and researched before buying the series 8. My wife hates the picture. She tried changing everything and resetting it to factory settings. It does look as good as our old tv. It always looks dark or bad contrast. It doesn't look natural. There is no technical support for assistance.

Great quality time for a reasonable price. The tv is also very easy to use and navigate the menu.

Hung my new 55 inch Samsung yesterday. It’s great. Picture is clear and sharp and set up was easy!

I really like this TV. After a false start with the first TV that was supposed to be new out of the box but turned out to have been a return. Went back to the local Best Buy and spoke with the manager he replaced the defective one. He agreed to have it delivered and set up and they took the bad one back. Set up was a piece of cake. This TV had one minor hick-up but since then it has been perfect. For the money it is well worth it.

The one connect box makes the 55 inch Samsung smart TV so easy to set up. All of the external components plug into a separate box instead of the back of the TV. The online screen setup does the rest. I was able to connect 4 external componets to the one connect box. The remote is amazing. I literally only need the Samsung remote to operate all of the external components. I was able to fine quite a bit of 4K content on Netflix and Amazon.

Best purchase. Excellent quality, ease to manage. High quality image and excellent sound system.

So far the tv has been perfect for me. The interface is nice and the one connect saves me money since I do not have to buy long hdmi cables. My first 4k tv and I'm very impressed

I was going to buy another brand before I was shown the Samsung and at first I was hesitant because it cost more than I was expecting to spend but after looking at all the features this tv had everything and more than I wanted but thought was out of my price range. Excellent picture quality. The sound is amazing, I was able to get rid of my sound bar because this tv has more than enough that the sound bar is not needed.

Bought this tv on Black Friday of 2017. It was the last one and as much as I fought myself, I am so happy I made this purchase. It was a little under 1k and I believe worth every penny. Sound quality is awesome and love the ambient capabilities. (I don’t use them, but can appreciate the thought) The resolution is so freaking crazy that multiple people have told me, my tv puts their 4K TVs to shame. It’s amazing.

Very sharp picture with great color. The audio is clear and needs no enhancement whatsoever.

As expected the TV picture isn't as good as in the store, if your looking straight on the picture is great, from sides not quite as good. Our old Samsung overall had a better picture. Still this is a decent TV for the price.

We were torn between a 55" and a 65" but glad we chose the 55". Picture clarity, movement, etc is great. Sometimes it's like we are watching the programs in 3D. Very pleased!

Was the 4K connections necessary or old ones ok? I had purchased 4k’s but installers said old ones were fine. Would I get better picture with ones I purchased? Please answer.

I haven't purchased a new TV in years, I couldn't be more impressed with this TV. The cables are neatly hidden by the stand. The tv looks great so not seeing any wires is ideal. The smart TV features and remote absolutely enhanced our TV viewing experience. The provided universal remote is great as well. Everything just works. The TV detects your cable provider and other inputs like Apple TV. No setup required.
