The remote is simple, picture is great. Works well with WIF and is very smart.

After my Sony flatscreen died, and could not be fixed, I needed to buy a replacement. I switched to Samsung, and glad I did. Great quality in the look and build, excellent software menus, and fabulous picture for this price range. Special shoutout to the Geek Squad for the install, who took extra effort to hide the cords, hook up the xbox and cable, and made sure all was working correctly.

Would have given five stars if motion remnants were easier to fix automotion adj not that great You end up with soap opera effect I ended up using Consumer Reports recommended settings I compromised for the MU 8000 instead of the 9000 due to prices

I was hesitant to buy it first but when I saw what this TV offering for the price I got convinced to buy it. This is my favorite TV. It is really good. I don't usually watch much of TV but this one makes me turn it on and look more than usual because of all the bells and whistles and sharp pictures with crystal clear images and bright nice colors. This is a really good TV!

The easiest set up. The quality of the picture is truly amazing. Love it.

When I purchased this TV i feared it would not be as good as my beloved KS8000 since it would no longer be using Quantum Dots but instead other newer technology such as triple black. I can gladly say that this TV did NOT disappoint. It looks just as good as my KS8000 picture quality-wise, and I actually prefer the finish over the chrome finish on my KS. Would highly recommend.

I love Samsung products and I was not disappointed when I bought this TV. After some adjustments and fine tuning, the picture is amazing. The TV has lots of features and is a great TV for all my platforms. The only con about this model is that I am not able to use smart sound connect to connect my Samsung sound bar so I can control the sound bar with the tv remote. I have to use two remotes. Speaking of remotes, the Samsung remote has voice command and I can control my cable box with it too. For the price, this TV provides enough to meet all your needs for a 4K TV.

This was my first tv buying experience in a number of years, awesome tv and really cool features. Pricey but I plan on having it for a number of years.

Originally bought a 65 inch Sony 900. I returned it for this 55 inch Samsung MU8000. The Sony had too many bells and whistles. I just want to turn on my TV and watch it. It has a quickly responsive menu that is easy to understand and program. It has 4 preset picture settings, which covers just about any viewing needs. It has many, many apps; which makes this TV a full blown entertainment center. Sleek remote that works well. Lost a star for no external buttons (in case of lost remote). Lost a star for sponsored content in the menu bar (can't be turned off)

There is no better picture than on this tv . Very easy to use easy to set up!

This was purchased as a replacement for a 47" TV that had quit. The edge of the picture on this 55" was the same as the 47" allowing it to fit in the limited space. The picture quality and features have made this my favorite TV to watch of the 4 units we have. Well worth the few extra dollars.

Easy setup! So light compared to other tv Great price! Beautiful sound! And clear picture! Plugged all devices in... It found them for me. Direct TV, Xboxone, Apple TV, and ps3.setup took all of 10minutes including opening box! The remote works fine for all 4 devices.. Samsung connect bar so easy to use instead of trying to reach behind TV to connect the hdmi cables.

Great tv. Transporting it is a real pain as it is very difficult to find a vehicle that allows it to be held upright. Sound system is as advertised.

This is a remarkable television. The best picture and a fantastic design.

This tv replaced my Samsung from 4 years ago and I must say it’s quite an improvement from my old 7000 series. Got it on sale for $850! What a deal!
