Remote is awesome and it replaced my Harmony remote control. It is half the size and controls everything. Wife even likes the remote. When connecting devices it immediately recognized them and displayed the brand and model number. The one connect module is a great feature. It took a while to tweak the settings but overall really like the performance and features.

Was shocked at 1st that measurements from top left to top right was 48 inches for 55 inch tv. My old 50 in. Was 50 inches. You really need to look up tv and calibrate with their numbers and not try an use your eyes to do it , it does make a big difference . Picture is fantastic and colors are fantastic also. I've not found any 4k movies to watch but I'm sure it will happen.

True 240 Hz TV 4K love the picture need one more for additional room.

I’ve had this tv for over a year now and can say the picture is great. The smart TV features are easy to use. The only complaint is when I went to mount it I had to add a few washers to get it to fit right. Could have been the bracket I used or the tv but overall it was a great purchase.

I own a top of the line Sony 75" 940D - its an incredible tv. But the software PALES in comparison to the Samsung - and whats more...the picture quality is equally impressive. I will never own another brand of TV outside of Samsung.

Clarity is outstanding, voice activation is awesome and You tube access and control from phone is exceptional. Extremely happy with purchase.

Bought this tv for the game room. Very nice tv so the boys can come over and catch the game or shoot some pool. I like that it comes with a separate hdmi box, so you don’t have to go behind the tv and fish around for the connection.

My only complaint is lack of decent instructions for average people. If you use a cable service, call them to help with setting up your modem and updating your channels. HD channels fill up the screen. Regular digital channels will leave a black border on the sides. The factory remote is a little strange. We opted to use our cable box remote instead.

This Samsung set of the 8000 4K series is a great value for the price. This television replaces a LCD set that was at least 12 years old.
