I have had my TV for just over a month. During that time Samsung has updated firmware twice. Zero issues with either one. MANY have report having uses with the wi-fi dropping. I have had no issues whatsoever so that tells me it is router setting related or the issue has been solved by firmware. After a month+ I have no complaints at all about my TV. I would purchase again for sure. The TV powers on and off VERY fast. There is no boot up at all it just works instantly. The OS is fast and quick and has never lagged at all even with quite a few apps installed.

This is a unit that we got for our playroom. We use it to watch games, movies and video games. Great picture quality and fits perfect in our game room.

Great tv and great sound surprisingly without a sound bar. Not too much 4K content out there currently, but when you do find it, it looks pretty good.

We absolutely love this tv! The colors are so vibrant. You can see every pore on faces. We have reseen movies just because they are so much clearer.

The picture is great. I don't like having to make a Samsung account in order to use the smart apps and features.

You can connect speakers wirelessly in any room. It is easy to add speakers. The sound quality is excellent. I am very satisfied with this purchase.

Went to pick up a TV, the sales men showed me a bunch of tvs .and I fell in love with the high dynamic range 55 Inch Samsung. Salesman was great !!

The frame is so thin that it is easy to move around. The picture on this TV is so clear but even better for gaming. The pixels are great. I approve.

Have had this TV for 3 months now and the picture is great when it's working. The first 30 days it quit streaming and the customer service was able to reset the tv. Now it won't cut on at all. The service people are scheduled to come out and they say they have every part that can be replaced in this TV. I'm tempted just to exchange the TV. Why is this not an option? It is under warranty. Glad I purchased the warranty. We will see how this goes. I usually like Samsung. How can I recommend this TV to a friend?

Setting the TV was easy. I am not sure if I have all the setting right. The picture is so life like I love it. I would recommend this TV to anyone.

This TV has everything I wanted and more. Vivid color and fantastic features. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to move up to 4K Ultra HD.

I bought this because I wanted a new tv very badly. So far the tv is awesome. I love how the remote syncs to all my devices. Samsung is the way to go

This TV has a great picture the sound is good, but to get the most out of it I added a sound bar. Very happy

Best tv I’ve ever owned. We have 3 and will only buy Samsung brand tv. We’ve had problems with LG but maybe LG just doesn’t like us

After evaluating many different makes and models at Best Buy, I opted for this Samsung model. It is a great tv and meets all of my expectations.

Have had this TV now for over 2 years. Great TV, easy to move and lift, great picture as well! Highly recommend~!

Not happy with the color. Went from our Samsung plasma to this tv. Some shows look ok then others look terrible. Some programs look very jerky. If you watch 4k it is great which is what they show you in the show room but other than a few movies and YouTube videos there isn't much to watch in true 4k.

Great tv if you don’t want to spend the little bit extra for a oled tv.

The product (Samsung 55") has the best picture I have seen on a television. The unit is being used daily and I appreciate the fact that it is a 4K.
