I love this TV. The picture is great. You can watch sports, movies, regular TV and it all looks super real. The smart remote is easy to use, no codes to enter.

This is one of the best TV"s out there! Crisp beautiful picture! So simple to hook up to internet Cannot go wrong. Best Buy had quick and easy free delivery!

Very satisfied. Color, clarity and ease of use excellent. Still working at getting audio and visual signals synchronized. Audio lags about 1/10th of a second.

Was looking at the 8000 and 9000 series.. Settled on 8000 because it was for one cheaper and really couldn't tell any difference in picture quality and friend who has the 8000 highly recommended it. The other really nice feature is I didn't want to upgrade my stand and I also wanted the 65. I first got the 55 because I was convinced the 65 would not fit but then discovered it has two sets of positions where you insert the feet into. The inner ones are probably 5" more inward and so I went back and got 65 and it fits on stand perfectly and still stable using the inward position.

This is the best 4K tv for the living room. Very little glare, crisp image from multiple viewing angles, and an almost frameless look make this a real winner.

I started looking at this particular model Samsung TV last April. I was really impressed with the picture color quality, especially the blacks. Every time I went to Best Buy I looked at the 4K HDR TVs and compared Samsung, Sony, Visio and LG. I kept coming back to Samsung. Best Buy put TV on sale and I bought it. I chose 55” size. This TV has best picture I have ever seen. It almost looks like you are looking through a window and viewing reality, instead of a movie or show. I bought a Samsung 3.1 Soundbar with rear speakers and it makes watching the TV even more fun.

Very happy with picture and sound. Wasn't sure what to expect with HDR, but very pleased. Haven't owned too long, but so far everything is running smoothly.

I had a Sony Bravia that was about 6 years old and the quality picture is better but I do notice a lag when watching TV. The brightness changes on its own from time to time also. For gaming it pretty good no lag at all. I have to have many things hooked up to it, we talking cable box, Xbox one, PS4, Switch, PC, AppleTV, and snes classic which all need HDMI ports and we are only allowed 4 so I purchased a multi hdmi port adaptor to have 4 go into 1 to make room but it will not transfer audio tested on other TVs and works fine so I’m thinking it has to do with the small external box that is needed to connected HDMI inputs. Also apps crash from time to time and it’s a pain to get them to work again.

This 55" TV has an excellent picture, plus the Smart TV Apps work great and make it very easy to access a number of internet features, games and music.

Has a great picture, easy to set up, has all the connections needed with the hub, and bluetooth capability is what I bought it for and works great.

Remote works seamlessly across many devices like bluray,Xbox etc as universal remote does. Voice commands through remote are handy to search for videos on apps. True blacks and colors are deep.

I wanted a new tv for our office lobby and this one did not disappoint. The picture is clear, the colors are fantastic, especially for HD content.

The quality looks amazing. I'm really digging the HDR too. I didn't know you had turn it on though. Nevertheless I'm happy with my television.

Very good TV with a clear picture. Easy to hook up. Managed to get my old nose hooked up without problem using FIOS. However, cannot get the sound through when watching Netflix although have a digital connection from the TV to my Bose.

So far all is good with new TV. Easy to set up. Colors very good. As with all flat screens a soundbar is really needed to enhance the sound.

Felt guilty about giving up my old/still working projection TV but it was so outdated. This Samsung TV has a fantastic picture, was easy to "assemble" and set up. The internal Bluetooth has been working perfectly with my Bluetooth streamer--this was one of the main features I was looking for. The streaming apps have been working perfectly with my Wi-Fi network. A plus that Best Buy picked up and responsibly recycled my old TV.

I am really enjoying this TV. Picture is stunning and is so easy to use. One remote controls everything including amazon fire box and Xbox.

Bought this TV from Best Buy. Spoke with a knowledgeable young man that helped us through the buying process. He advised the two best long term TVs are Samsung and Sony, however, Sony is a couple hundred bucks more with picture quality not that much better. Price was very competitive.Would buy again from Best Buy. Physically seeing the differences in picture quality in this big box store is far superior to online shopping.

Excellent picture quality, smart features are easy to use. Perfect gaming experience with our PS4 and Xbox One. Couldn’t ask for better!

I love the picture quality of the 4K 2160 Samsung. There are many features that I like about having a smart TV. So glad I purchased it.
