Works great to steam Hulu and use Apple TV. I fact it is easy to use with most connected devices. One remote to control them all.

I've been watching this TV for almost 4 months now and the price has not changed. So I finally just went ahead and bought it and I'm very satisfied with what I purchased! There's nothing but good reviews about this television!!

Hadn't bought a new television since 2009. Needed a new one.

I bought this tv last month and have been completely satisfied. Great picture quality and easy software to use the smart tv functions.

Direct and to the point.... excellent picture quality, excellent sound quality. Horrible remote and hard to navigate through menu/features. Disappointing there was not a better way to complete a great picture and sound.

I love the picture, but find it difficult to ask Samsung service question as there is no connection or help. Owner manul lacking info!

This is a Christmas gift and has not been taken out of box.

The sales force at Best Buy, as always, was friendly and knowledgeable. We love our Samsung TV, except that the sound system really requires the addition of a sound bar. We didn’t know this when we bought the TV, so made a second, hourlong trip back to the store to buy one. Our salesman mentioned that many people return to buy them. This is not a criticism, but a suggestion: have the sales personnel recommend the purchase of a sound bar, and why, at the TV POS. Otherwise, we are very satisfied.

It took me over 6 months in order to speculate the remote. IMHO Samsung is using the same tactic they use on their smartphones. That is to produce a polished t-u-r-d and present it as gods greatest gift to mankind. Either way its up on the wall and I have to eat it. First issue out of the box. Cable management and layout of the onelink connect box. The ethernet port is treated unfairly in this layout. Basically its routed on the other side of the tv and is left to hang outside the other side of the tv. second layout issue. is the optical cable. not everyone person in the world has a soundbar, with that... a soundbar with an optical input on the side. In my case I have a bose 3-2-1 series III that with the one connect box on top sometimes is a balancing trick since the box itself is so light and the optical cable weight has it sometime hangs a bit off sided. I really wonder why ethernet was not integrated into the connect box now that I'm on the issue. Third and biggest issue. The software. Ad ridden and clunky. When I watch tv, I want an experience that negates all if not most of negatives in my life. hence why I splurged on this. I played with the Sony Smart TV's but could not stand the clunky sluggish always crashing interface. The Samsung UI has not ever crashed, but is lacking a lot. I cannot bypass the flamboyant autodetection on the HDMI ports. If you plug in and remove devices like I used to before buying this TV you might not be so happy. I also have to try and modify each remote to control both the bose and the device... For someone who can make a frontend for many cloud based apps, a network cable and program a vcr... Yeah this is better said than done. Netflix there is no way to jump directly to the home screen thats okay. I had an earlier model from 2011ish that had an amazing screen, but got really hot. I someway somehow had the capability to stream the incoming video from the tv to my Samsung Note tablet. Here there is No PIP, nor no real streamline way of even sending video to the tv from a tablet, or from a computer. Windows 10 users will be happy as you can remotely project to this TV. As far as receiving back video and PIP, as i mentioned earlier don't bother. browser for internet, and local files is clunky. There is no capability for creating list, or deleting certain videos. My place is highly unfiltered, and I'd hate to scar the kids who clicked on elmo to hear him in a tone they shouldn't know about for the next 10+ years. Video is 7 out of 10. I believe the KS series did a much better job. I wished I had bought it. but hesitated.. Im not sure who else i can look into since Sony and Samsung are lacking, and OLED has a sort life span. i accept the choice but expected better

Great TV. I got this TV to replace a Samsung Plazma unit that was fading on me. The colors and contrast on the new TV are super.

Love the new Samsung 4K Ultra HD TV, nice sharp crisp picture quality and I love the new mini remote. This is my third Samsung.

This is an amazingly beautiful tv. Had an LG but picture went out after a week. Replaced with this one and no regrets at all!
