He was very knowledgeable and not over bearing with his sales technique. Because of his guidance we chose this TV. Great Salesman.

So I use my TV for everything. I would have given this TV 5 stars if I didn't have to return the first one I bought. Several pixels went dead on like the 14th day from purchase. No hassle return. The staff treated me very nicely. But when paying this much for a product you don't expect things to go wrong 2 weeks in.
