    1080p HD TV IS GREAT. Volume is not as good as last TV. We need to have the volume setting above 20 whereas our last TV in same position never exceeded 10 on this setting.... but that is not a real complaint!

    I purchased this TV planning to cut the cable cord. My firestick works fine but Netflix gets stuck using the TV app. I was told it may need service... no thanks not on a new tv so I returned it and got the Sony. Honestly, I think the Samsung had a better picture.

    We bought a 55" Samsung TV at the Best Buy. store on Mall Loop Drive in Joliet IL. It is finally working after having the repairman out to fix the picture or sound bar on three occasions. We also bought a Samsung refrigerator which we had to have the ice maker worked on two times. I don't think we will buy any more Samsung products.

    The Samsung 8000 series took me several days to get use to. It did not compare to what I had previously (tube tv). The TV starts fast and has great features that I didn't know I needed until I saw them. Great tv!.

    Made the jump down in size from a lower quality series/model. Got the 55" instead of the 65" and spent just a hair less. The quality difference may be minimal to some but was quite. Provable to my eye.

    It took 3 days of back and forth with Samsung to get the Firmware updated and connect to the internet for live streaming.There seems to be an inherent weakness in the Wi-Fi and it won't work unless the router is very near the T.V.I had to download the update from the internet to a flash drive to update the firmware.

    We bought this tv with our tax return. It was a great buy for a decent price. I love it because I can stream directly from the tv. No sticks or Rokus necessary to access your Netflix and Hulu.
