Hands down best tv I ever owned. I would normally only buy Samsung’s but this is the best tv I’ve ever owned.

I bought this TV and a 65", both 800 series. The 55" just doesn't impress me. It seems the picture quality and overall performance of the 65" really outperforms the 55" even though they're the same series. I'd buy the 65" again, but not this 55"...

This TV takes you a different world. You can program this TV and watch any TV in the "WORLD'. I'm know watching TV from my old country 8000 miles away.

We were enjoying Netflix within 5 minutes of taking it out of the box! The picture clarity is like nothing I’ve ever seen! Thrilled with this purchase!

Picture is washed out when viewed from an angle. The picture is great when viewed straight on. For the price, I want to be able to view the tv and get the same great picture from any angle.

I went in to buy the curved television thinking that it was best for our living room. That is until I saw this television, aesthetically pleasing to the eye and gorgeous resolution on screen. Well worth the money...oh and we got a great deal on this TV.

Have been a Samsung customer for years even though my previous Samsung that I bought new could not be fixed and I only had a one year warranty.

We have a very well lit room from sunlight and the sales rep said this was the ideal tv. It really was we have no glare like other TVs in the past.

I researched 55" tv's and this one got high rankings and great reviews. I can see why and we are very happy with the quality ans capabilities of this tv.

I bought a Samsung 55 inch flat screen television with a sound bar. It is just beautiful. The people at Best Buy have been very courteous and wonderful.

They built this TV design specifically to show off the new idea about making it look like there are no wires sticking out of the back of the TV, but then they go and make you attach a big thick long wire that is connected to a big heavy power bar and another wire connected to a box that has all the plugs for accessories .....their design idea for hiding the wires was good but then they added more bigger wires to stick out the back instead.....made no sense to me.

I waited and waited and shopped for a good price on this television and as always best buy had the best price at the time.

The Samsung 8000 is a great series of tv before 2018 unfortunately Samsung keeps weakening thisnproduct series in favor of their Q series

The picture is very good. The remote keeps disconnecting from the TV and has to be reset every other day. The TV does not auto detect devices plugged into the TV. There are only HDMI inputs. The Anynet HDMI - CEC option had to be shut off because the TV kept turning on by itself in the middle of the night...The clock on the TV is wrong 50% of the time. The Movie picture mode looks like a series of ghost images.... I got the thing to work with my Logitech TV controller and I use and optical audio switcher to get sound. Not what you would expect for $1,300.

I use this tv for Netflix and video games and it does a great job with 4k content. I also enjoy surfing the web on this tv. It's a great tv.

This is my second flat screen for my living room. So glad that we went bigger 55”. Enjoy watching movies and sports. No negatives to report

An excellent TV at a price that won't break the bank. Beware, the 49" has only a 60mHz refresh rate, definitely go with the bigger models!

Wanted TV in corner and this fits perfectly. In Home Advisor reviewed options and we decided not to mount TV whic was good decision

We got open box so the tv has a blue line on the screen that comes and disappears all the time ! But other than that it's very bright the apps are okay sometimes they freeze .
