    Third times a charm

    First one out of the box would t connect to my cable box from spectrum. Second one had an off center wall mount bolt hole thread. Third one so far is fine. One exception however I cannot yet prove is the fault of the tv - only since Getting this new tv and the Samsung sound bar, the volume differs randomly at times with or without sound at use.

    ISSUES WITH CONNECTING TO NETFILX AND YOUTUBE

    HAD TO POWER DOWN THE TV AND POWER BACK UP AFTER 1 MINUTE TO BE ABLE TO RECONNECT TO MY NETWORK AND BE ABLE TO ACCESS NETFLIX AND YOUTUBE. WENT ON FORUMS FOUND THIS IS A COMMON ISSUE WITH THIS MODEL. WORKS NOW......PICTURE QUALITY IS VERY GOOD BUT 3 STAR BECAUSE OF THE FEATURES TO BE ABLE TO STREAM WITH THIS MODEL ARE LESS THAN GREAT.

    Anynet+ issues, otherwise a decent TV

    I have experienced issues with this TV turning on by itself and have had a very hard time getting Samsung support. It was a decent price for the TV, so I have tried to go through the support route, but to this day I still have issues with the TV turning on and off by itself. Until the issue is resolved, I will not recommend getting this TV.

    Bought this new TV after my 10-year old Samsung TV died. Having had a good experience with a Samsung, I only wanted to buy the same brand. With all the hype of new, smart TV's, I expected great, consistent picture quality, but it appears a little poorer than my old technology TV. I do love the slim line appearance of the TV itself.

    I purchased the TV, connected to my wifi and immediately went to HBONow to watch Game of Thrones. I COULD NOT ACCESS THE PROGRAM!!! There is a unresolved glitch between HBO and Samsung. The software in the TV is not compatible with how HBO is streaming the show. How can this be on a brand new "Smart" TV? VERY disappointed!

    Beautiful Picture

    The picture on this tv is wonderful. However, it does not have an on timer only an off. Also, and most frustrating is Netflix often doesn't work and you have to unplug the tv and plug it back in to get it to work. If we had known this prior to purchasing this model we wouldn't have.

    Not great color

    Not happy with the color. Went from our Samsung plasma to this tv. Some shows look ok then others look terrible. Some programs look very jerky. If you watch 4k it is great which is what they show you in the show room but other than a few movies and YouTube videos there isn't much to watch in true 4k.

    I purchased this TV planning to cut the cable cord. My firestick works fine but Netflix gets stuck using the TV app. I was told it may need service... no thanks not on a new tv so I returned it and got the Sony. Honestly, I think the Samsung had a better picture.

    The TV is good with a couple exceptions, looking at the TV at a 10% angle the picture is distorted and in the evening there is a reflection of the lamps on screen which is annoying. This is minor but it wasn't an issue with my Vizio.

    Not sure why the sales people wanted to sell me a 4k tv when there aren’t really any channels to justify the purchase. My bad-I trusted the sales people were steering me right. The tv isn’t bery user friendly either. Meh.

    I don't really care of for the new style remote. It is difficult to maneuver to stations and see the figures of the remote. The tv seems out of focus on on old movies that were clearer on my previous tv. Expensive for this quality.

    As expected the TV picture isn't as good as in the store, if your looking straight on the picture is great, from sides not quite as good. Our old Samsung overall had a better picture. Still this is a decent TV for the price.

    This model is not a high end model but packs many of the high end features. Sound quality is not great but with a good surround sound you will be ok. Picture quality is pretty good, claims to have HDR technology.

    I'm disappointed in the MU8000. The picture and colors are very good but there is a lot of screen jitter. I thought the 120 refresh vs a 60 refresh on cheaper TVs would make a difference but it does not.

      Have you tried adjusting Auto Motion Plus? It is a feature designed to eliminate blur and judder on an LED TV, specifically in fast moving images. It does so by taking a 30 fps signal and adds in additional frames to help smooth out any blur or judder between frames, called interpolation.

      Here is the step-by-step guide to change Auto Motion Plus settings:
      With the TV powered on, press the Home button on the Samsung remote to open the Home screen> Select Settings>.Select Picture > Select Expert Settings> Select Auto Motion Plus.
      (Note: This option may not be visible initially. Continue scrolling through the Expert Settings Menu to locate Auto Motion Plus)
      >Select Auto Motion Plus again, and you will see the following three options:
      ◦Off: Auto Motion Plus will always be off.
      ◦Auto: Auto Motion Plus will automatically activate and deactivate based on the type of program being watched.

    I am mot real impressed with the soound on this tv. When i watch it i have to turn the volume the whole way up and its still not that loud. I have cjanged settings and it was ok till i turned it on again.

    Great look, sounds. Video great only on 4k content. No tv station is broadcast on 4k so when watching news, sports, movies its not wow, but if younwatch 4k movies, its really WOW.
