    Amazing, especially for price. I was shocked I could get a Samsung at this price. The tv I had before this was Samsung, so I guess I'm loyal to the brand. Great quality- even better when you mess with some of the settings. There was a Sony tv on display same size but over $2,000, amazing quality- they said it was the best tv they had. I took my Samsung home, changed a few settings, and it looks even better than the Sony. So happy with my purchase. Tip- BUY THE WARRANTY. Best Buy has an amazing warranty. For this type of investment, get it.

    Love the picture - the remote has too many buttons

    The good part is the picture is so nice and clear. Here are a few things I've noticed. 1. The remote has a lot of buttons that are close to each other. Often I accidentally press the wrong button because they are so close together - especially in the dark. 2. I have a digital antenna on the roof with a signal amplifier. My old TV (a plasma 50") never lost signal. This TV, when watching TV from the air, often drops signals that are very strong in Los Angeles. It doesn't do this for the Smart TV things like Hulu, Amazon Prime or Netflix. SO I'm certain it is the TV

    Did my homework before purchasing a TV. Knew I wanted a Samsung TV so it was a matter of which one to buy. Decided on this 55" and I couldn't be more pleased! Replaced 36" living room TV as I needed larger picture. Love, love, love this Samsung TV!! Great picture and very good sound. Recommend this TV highly! Easy set up too! At a sale price of $399.00, it was a GREAT DEAL!! Would buy another if I had someplace to put it!! Thanks Best Buy for a Great TV at a Great price!!

    After 15 years of good service, I decided it was time to replace my Big Ole' 57" Rear Projection TV. It wasn't b/c it didn't work anymore, it was working just fine, but after seeing the price of the Samsung 55" NU6900, I couldn't resist. And I'm glad I made the purchase b/c this TV is excellent. The picture is tops, the features are endless, and the overall quality for the money is un-beatable. I highly recommend this TV for those who can't afford to spend $800-$1000+ for a TV. I don't see the difference and this one only cot me $400.

    I am surprised with the picture detail and clarity. I very much like the options to adapt apps that I use most frequently. I couldn't be happier with the product quality. I am disappointed that my TV is already broken. The screen inside has shattered, and I am having terrible difficulty getting it fixed. The exterior screen is not damaged, but apparently, this damage can not be covered under any warranty I purchased. Aside from getting the run-around, I found the I cannot get my TV repaired/replaced.

    My old TV died and I just moved into a bigger house so I decided to by myself (and the rest of the family) a big screen HD TV. I like Samsung products so I decided to purchase the Samsung 55" 4K UHD TV. We have been watching it for a couple weeks and I am amazed. Since it is my first HD TV, I didn't realize that the image on the screen made the picture appear as if you were there. I can't believe that I waited so long to upgrade to a smart TV.

    There are not many tvs that come with a tuner, so if you are not on cable you need this. This is our 2nd samsung in 3 years, this one replaced a Vizio that died. We get very good reception from an antenae. Great sharp picture. This is mounted on the wall and while the mounting pattern was different we were able to compensate. The only criticisms are: 1. They do not provide screws for mounting nor the sizes you need. The top and bottom are different. 2. This tv ONLY connects to a dvd player with HDMI, so we had to purchase a new one.

    This is my 3rd Samsung 6 series TV that I've purchased for myself and parents. I don't know what people have to complain about. The TV is pretty solid and have not had any issues with any of the 6 series in the past 3 years. I even have one mounted in my garage where there's dust and water at times and haven't had any issues. One potential improvement and have seen complaints about this is the samsung tv navigation. Samsung does need to come up with a lighter weight navigation that operates flawlessly on their tv's.

    My previous TV was a 10 year old 42" plasma 720p resolution Samsung, and I was wanting to upgrade while keeping the cost down. That said, I don't think I could be any happier with my purchase. To my 57 year old eyes, the picture is phenomenal when viewing Blu-ray DVDs and is excellent while watching cable or standard DVDs. It has all the "bells and whistles" I need for sure. Even though this is a 55" Samsung, it is 30 lbs. lighter than my 42" plasma and I paid less for it than I paid for the plasma back in the day!

    I bought this Samsung 55" smart TV for our living room because our other Samsung TV died AFTER 12 YEARS!!!! This TV has excellent HD picture quality and we love the fact that it's a smart TV. very good value for the price we paid. Sure, there are TV's with better quality picture, but we bought this TV on sale for $399!!! Can't beat that, besides, we didn't want to spend $2000 on a TV. We're very very impressed with the picture quality and the sound, happy we bought it.

    After researching what tv would be a best overall 4K tv to replace my 43” 1080p Vizio this tv could not be beat for the price . I debated on this 55” or the 7 series 65” in the store . Now that I have this tv setup for the size of my living room the 65” would of actually been a monster ! Best Buy let me know whatever I was to choose wether it be the 55 or 65 that if I am not pleased with it in my living room that I can take it back with no problem in 15 days ! Great place to buy any investment item from !

    I bought this TV a few days ago and have tried numerous times to get a clear satisfying picture to match my old Vizio TVs picture. This is horrible. Not clear at all. I read all the reviews and thought from seeing the beautiful picture on other Samsung TVs that I would be happy camper but I am far from it. I do not recommend this set to anyone. Nothing clear about this piece of crap.

    I bought this as an additional TV for our upstairs exercise room. It has a good picture, surprisingly good sound (though we did add a sound bar), and makes a good second TV. The only 'negative', if you can call it that, is there are only 2 HDMI inputs. Since we also have it as an 'escape' area for our grandchildren, it would be nice to have the ability to add more than one cable box and one DVD player. Having said that, for what we bought it for, it makes an excellent replacement for a 10+ year old Samsung LCD TV.

    The first one we had a dead pixel to it but thankfully it was within the return period so it was replaced with a new one with no questions asked. As for the picture quality is excellent in terms of streaming movies. colors and details are crisp and pleasant to the eyes making viewing an enjoyable experience. That may not be the case however when it comes to the demands of gaming with its slower refresh rate. The remote layout is somewhat clunky and difficult to navigate. Overall at its price point it doesn't disappoint.

    This TV is nothing spectacular but if you are looking for a 4K TV and not wanting to break the bank this is perfect. The picture looks great and the Audio is good, although I never use the TV audio since I have a soundbar. The only complaint is that the TV is a little slow at times. I will push the input button and it will take a few seconds before it actually opens the input selection. Overall very happy with the value.

    Took this back and bought the 7100 I don't have cable so some of the apps just kept popping up every time I turned the tv on and could not find a way to delete them. I spoke with a Samsung rep and he thought it was defective? I'm not so sure since I read online that a lot of people were having the same issues. The 7100 had the same apps but I was able to delete them and they did not pop up any more I prefer the 7100

    Bought this tv when it was on sale. Great picture whether It be 4K or HD. Turns on and off quick. And the smart hub is actually fast. Faster than any other smart tv I had. Very quick switching from Netflix to Hulu. No buffering. Internet connection is very good. No need for external streaming device. The ONLY thing I found to be an issue is it only having 2 HDMI ports. Which is fine now realizing how fast it is. I don’t need my Roku plugged in.

    I have a love hate relationship with this television. The picture quality, for this price point, is pretty darn good. However having only two hdmi ports just doesn’t cut it. Yes they make boxes to give you more ports but that’s just another piece of equipment lying around. Second, the App Store is pretty limited. At this price point I kinda wish I went with a Sharp due to built in roku. Again picture is really great but feel a little restricted from a connectivity stand point

    This is the first smart tv I’ve ever purchased and I am thoroughly impressed. Besides the impeccable 4K quality, the apps integrated in the tv makes the need for cable obsolete. Which is exactly why I’ll be cancelling it ASAP. The only reason for the 4 star rating is because I didn’t have the greatest experience with the delivery and customer service team, being that I purchased online for home delivery. They were past the scheduled time, and when I called customer service they were very apathetic about my complaint.

    HULU Live will not work on this model

    we purchased this Samsung Model TV for our daughter and her fiancé for Christmas. When they setup the TV, we found out that HULU Live will not work on this model. The purpose of purchasing this model was for them to stop using their Firestick since this is a SmartTV design. Also, the price was lowered before the 30 days therefore, we are eligible for a refund. We plan to exchange this TV for Model 7100 in order for the Smart TV to actually work with Hulu Live TV according to the specs of the newer model.
