    This is our 3rd TV 46 Samsung first one bought in 2011 in the Philippines and continue to work 2019 that is 8 years now. Second one 58 Samsung bought on the U.S. 2018 sent to the Philippines 2019 only now used straight out of the box working great have to use a transformer for 120V since in the Philippines 220V. This is the 3rd what can I say Samsung has not failed me yet.

    I bought a 4k TV from Best Buy-Evansville. When I went in the store I intended to buy a surround sound system. The Best Buy website said that Best Buy would recycle my old TV. Best Buy-Evansville wanted to charge me $25 to recycle my old TV! I was so upset about this, I got my new TV, left and bought a surround sound system on Amazon. TV was a great purchase, but I am reluctant to enter Best Buy Evansville again!

    I was very impressed with the TV, I bought for my wife's birthday. Price was perfect, and TV went beyond expectations, until tonight not even 18 days later gray pixelation clouded up the top part of the screen. Now picture hurts my eyes when viewing and I will be forced to return for a replacement.

    TV is very good for the price point. Not super high quality for sports though. The motion rate could be better, gets a little grainy with action (ie: football games). This great for bedroom. Adjust sound settings for better sound quality. Worth the price, but not super high def.

    The first reason I bought this is the price. When I got home and saw the picture, I was impressed with what I got for the money. John in the cell phone department suggested this model, and I appreciate his help. I will be shopping here more often. Since our last one went out, I went ahead and got the warranty. I bought it for my parents and they like the peace of mind.

    I got this TV as part of Black Friday deal and this TV didn't disappoint me at all.Its a great deal and watching Netflix in this TV a wholesome immersive experience. On flip side, It has only 2 HDMI ports which not sufficient for me for my Amazon fire stick, Sound bar and gaming console. I had to use optical cable for my sound bar, which makes me to use separate remote to control sound bar volume. Rest is good

    I was using a 37 inch LED TV before I upgraded to this and the size difference alone is awesome. When people are sitting down on screen they look life-sized almost like they are sitting across the table from me, it's such a cool thing. The Smart Features come in handy since I don't pay for cable and if someone borrows my Xbox I can still watch any of my shows on Hulu or Netflix straight from my TV just using the remote.

    Great budget 4K TV

    Great budget 4K TV. Previously owned a 60 inch LED, and it's definitely an improvement. Took me a few minutes to figure out why I wasn't getting 4K resolution...my surround sound doesn't support it. So I just plugged my hdmi cable straight into the tv, and used an optical cable for my surround sound. Problem solved.

    The TV is a baseline budget doorbuster model. Only 2 HDMI ports, one USB. TV has a lag opening any app. It can be incredibly slow. The TV drops network connectivity that requires resetting network on the TV for the quickest fix. For $300 and some change these issues are barely tolerable. Love Samsung, but this is clearly the bottom of the barrel model. Crisp screen, nice features, just slower doing any of them.

    We bought this TV on Black Friday under the impression that it was what we were looking for. Got home and although it was a smart tv, it lacked the components to stream and we still needed our Roku stick plugged in for it to function as we wanted. We tore it down immediately and returned it to the store. We upgraded to the newer series and love it!

    We purchased this TV as part of the pre-Black Friday special and have not been disappointed. The TV is lightweight and has not given us any issues. I have not activated any of the "Smart TV" functions so I cannot rate that – we use Apple TV. If there is anything we would change it would be adding an additional HDMI port since it only comes with 2. But for the price, we don't have any major complaints.

    Bought this on sale. Not a lot of bells and whistles but a good basic smart tv. I have another Samsung that is a couple of years older and Samsung has changed the way they present some of the settings menus and channel menus and I prefer the way they are presented on the older television, but this is nitpick. Other than that, I am very happy with the tv.

    Good entry level 4k set with few bells and whistles, but still a good set overall. HDR platform is HDR10+, which is better than standard HDR10. I already own 5 Samsung sets, and bought this one specifically for my livingroom wall over the fireplace. Hung myself using a studless tv mount and all set. Some lag when using the remote, but, because I paid less than $400 for it, no major gripes about the TV at all.

    We use these displays in our broadcast studio to monitor our transmitters. You can't beat the Samsung brand. In a broadcast environment, these televisions are powered on for hours on end daily. We have found them to be dependable and just work day after day, year after year. The image quality displayed is very good and the hi dynamic range of the contrast produces very vivid video.

    I got the tv on the bestbuy Black Friday sale. Love the picture quality,sound & the features. Once you connect this tv to your internet you have the accessibility to use the apps, internet browser,etc.. The slim bezels gives this a great look & makes the screen look larger. The sound from this tv is adequate for my 1130sq.ft. apt., rarely turns the volume beyond 15 on the volume scale. Just a great tv.

    This TV is incredible especially for the price. The picture is awesome, it amazes me everytime I watch it. The apps on the TV are handy, I actually find myself using them all the time. The ease of setup if you have a Samsung phone is so cool and wirelessly transferring my phone screen to the TV is so simple to do, that we use it all the time. All in all you cant go wrong with this purchase.

    It's a smart TV that tries to be too smart for its own good. It learns remote signals in surprising and often confusing ways. I'm tech literate, but learning the TV remote is also attempting to control my PS4 was surprising. The real deterrent here is the lack of HDMI ports. Limiting to two makes for some difficult choices for gamers.

    I had a ton of trouble finding screws to go in the back of this TV so I could hang it on my TV stand. I had to contact Samsung and then Samsung's parts department to get the information and both gave me different dimensions. Once I bought BOTH sets of screws and got the TV hung, it was very easy to set up. I was disappointed with the quality of the picture, but for the price I paid, it was decent.

    Purchased this TV for my son. Who is. Disabled. He is able to enjoy his days. He is restricted to home, doctor or hospital. A power surge took out his Computer and all electronic equipment. As his father and customer of BEST BUY. I found this great buy for a nice Christmas Present. Being a smart TV. It covers and replaces his computer and allows him to have great entertainment at home

    We had this TV installed by the geek squad team. It is easy to use the controls are all on screen. However the sound keeps cutting out. We have to turn the tv off wait a few minutes and then turn on again. So not sure if the tv or the sound bar may be the problem? We had purchased a Samsung sound bar also with this tv. The picture is amazing. Very satisfied with this visual aspect of this tv.
