    The remote control is poorly laid out as it takes two hands to operate. Otherwise okay performance. Thinking about returning product before return window closes.

    This tv has a great picture and the frame rate makes you feel like you are actually there. My only complaint is the Samsung tv apps ALWAYS pop up and you have to clear them with the remote before watching tv or playing xbox

    This TV is a step up from my smaller, lesser quality smart TV and we love it! The picture quality is so great that it looks like you're sitting in the audience when TV shows were being filmed. Remote is a bit different from prior remote - no "Smart Hub" button so we still don't know how to access Netflix or Hulu, but we'll figure it out.

    I'm honestly more impressed with more older Samsung but this is a really good TV for the price. My two biggest issues is the lack of HDMI inputs and the remote. My older Samsung had a motion sensitive remote and this one doesn't.

    This is a Christmas gift that I bought on Black Friday! I got because of the quality of the product and the great price. I have a 65" and it's the best. My only complaint is the remote...its all touch screen and sometimes it's hard to operate...not a deal breaker!!

    When the picture came on for the first time, all of our jaws dropped with how clear it was! Great TV. The only problem I have with it is that it lags just a little when pushing buttons on the remote control. I also wish the SMART features had more apps like Roku does.

    I got this TV as part of Black Friday deal and this TV didn't disappoint me at all.Its a great deal and watching Netflix in this TV a wholesome immersive experience. On flip side, It has only 2 HDMI ports which not sufficient for me for my Amazon fire stick, Sound bar and gaming console. I had to use optical cable for my sound bar, which makes me to use separate remote to control sound bar volume. Rest is good

    The price was nice @$399. Picked up up at my local store. Picture is nice and good size. Remote is smallish and no backlight for using in the dark. Deducting a star for that reason

    My wife and I are pleased with our Samsung 55" Class LED NU 6900 Series TV. Nice picture, especially on bright setting. Sound is OK. Remote is a bit awkward to get used to and a little small for my hands. No problems with getting YouTube, which I enjoy. And the price was good.

    The first one we had a dead pixel to it but thankfully it was within the return period so it was replaced with a new one with no questions asked. As for the picture quality is excellent in terms of streaming movies. colors and details are crisp and pleasant to the eyes making viewing an enjoyable experience. That may not be the case however when it comes to the demands of gaming with its slower refresh rate. The remote layout is somewhat clunky and difficult to navigate. Overall at its price point it doesn't disappoint.

    I replaced my 60" lcd tv with this tv... So happy I did! Even with a smaller area (55" vs 60") to view the tv is way easier, for me, to see. The picture is extremely clear. Unfortunately it makes it easier for me to sit and watch any program... The colors on this tv pop out at you and are really defined... I was amazed at how full the sound is on this tv, I was looking around for my sound bar remote to turn down the sound and realized, after a few minutes, that the sound bar wasn't even on! Great sound! Great Picture! Great TV for the price!

    I like the TV quite a bit. It was an open box purchase so it was a good deal. I have another Samsung start tv that works better. The Hulu app won't update to the newer version and there seems to be some lag from the remote. Otherwise I think it's a great tv. As always, the picture is great with the right settings. I'd recommend Samsung but maybe another model.
