    I’ve owned my Samsung Q60 for almost a month now. I received it as a warranty replacement for a Samsung KS8000 set. This tv is not nearly the tv that the KS8000 was. My KS8000 was a beautiful tv from any angle. From the thin metal bezel going around the edge to the metal legs that it sat on to the smooth piano black finish that the back had. The Q60 is a piece of cost saving plastic garbage. My KS8000 was a model year 2016 and the Q60 is a 2019 model. In those 3 years Samsung has said screw the customer. The Q60 is nothing but a black plastic matte finished eyesore. The Q60 won’t recognize when an antenna is plugged into it. So for you cable cutters out there you won’t receive broadcast tv stations. I have a Samsung K550 sound bar hooked up to the Q60. Twice now within the month the sound has stopped working. In fact I’m dealing with that very issue as I write this review. The first time the tv stopped recognizing the sound bar and started referring to it as a stereo receiver. Then somehow it figured out it was wrong and started recognizing it as a sound bar again. I have yet to solve the issue this time. The tv will automatically turn itself back on after I’ve turned it off. That’s happened a few times now. Kinda weird that 1 minute after you turn the tv off it turns back on. Even with these weird issues I’m hesitant to contact geek squad for help. When I had to contact them for the KS8000 failing on me I spent 1 hour and 20 minutes on hold between two phone calls. When I finally was able to speak to a human the replacement was super easy and fast. Props to geek squad there. But really, why’s a 1200$ tv only lasting 2.5 years? I’m sure that this negative review will lead to a representative from Samsung stating that they’re sorry I have had issues with their product and they’ll probably even give a number for me to call. But folks, when you spend that kinda money on a tv just to have it last 2.5 years and then have it replaced by an inferior product that is claimed to be of equal value, you can’t help but feel done wrong. I know that Samsung makes a great looking picture, but if you want it to last look at another brand. Personally I wouldn’t spend big money on Samsung again. Buyer be ware.

    Screen got damaged in three months, 15 days warranty policy for a $900 dollars tv is very close to nothing, and it is still not working, samsung service from other cities is the worst, try to buy your things from a place that give you at least one year warranty.
