Not as clear and sharp picture as in store. May have something to do with amount of light in the room.

I feel I am not able to use all the features this TV has. Are there any classes available?

Tv is great but it flickers time and time again, Black screen when I play gow4 ps4

I purchased the 55" Q6F and could not be happier. The OneRemote works great out of the box, adding all my devices easily. The OneConnect hides all the cabling inside my TV credenza, so there is no mess of wires coming from the back of the TV. The Samsung specific App from my cable provider offers cable-box like function without the hardware [or monthly fee] including tracking for TV Series watched - greatly simplifying my entertainment system into one neat package. And the picture is AMAZING. I watch mostly cable TV and sports, with very little 4K HDR content, but the upscaling provides rich color and finer details adding to my viewing pleasure. And when I do occasionally stream available 4K video - WOW! I originally purchased another 4K HDR brand with AndroidTV, but returned it after only a few days because the navigation on the remote and user interface was so complicated. I had to use four remotes to do the same thing the Samsung does with one. My local retailer did an even exchange for the new Q6F - which is not only simpler to operate, but with its thin bezels, I think looks better too. Oh, and while I was originally surprised to learn that the OneConnect Mini for the Q6F did not have composite inputs, limiting game system inputs to HDMI only, I found an HDMI adapter for my older game system that allows me to literally plug and play in any of the Q6F's four HDMI ports. Bottom line, don't let anything stop you from getting this TV. You will be very satisfied with the performance, looks and ease of use.

I paid a lot of money for this TV. I like it when I can get it to work. The problem seems to be the multi port HDMI. It doesn’t work. Only 3 ports work. The Tv, the speaker system, and the cable box. My Apple device doesn’t have a port or my DVD player. So to me the TV is useless. I am so disappointed to have spent so much money and I s till get only TV.

This Samsung smart TV has a decent picture, but not what I was expecting. I purchased a Samsung sound bar to go with it. The sound was average at best. The worst part of the process was the set-up. There is a very minimal written owner’s manual included & I had to go to the internet to get a full blown manual. That was a pain. I’m not a novice at setting up a TV. In the end, I didn’t think the picture, sound & set-up was worth my time and returned it all to Best Buy.

Great image but only got to enjoy for about six weeks. Had to move shortly after purchasing this TV and even though handling extremely carefully packaging backup and during the move screen received a hairline crack. The extended warranty purchased with the TV was useless, as cracked screens are not covered. Location I purchased from only provided a very unsympathetic " I'm sorry" and a very exhausting negotiation $150 gift card.

I can’t stand Samsung’s brick that they want you to plug everything into like hdmi I returned tv and bought a Sony 900e

Nothing spectacular, just need another tv for the room and the picture and sound are not so impressive.

Not very bright and the color gamut leaves something to be desired

I expected a better picture. Not as clear as my Samsung curve 8700.
