This TV has a very nice picture and sound. . The new remote took a little time to get use to. I have never owned a Samsung and am happy with this one

Upgraded from a Proscan 40" LCD TV which had great picture and sound but limited connectivity. No comparison to the picture of this Samsung 55" Q8F.

I purchased the Samsung 55 inch QLED TV, a sound bar and game system from Best Buy. I had it installed by their "Geek Squad". This system has provided us, superior viewing pleasure and terrific sound quality. Not having to deal with installation problems, made my purchase that much better. My family, now has an enhanced audio/visual system, which I believe was a excellent investment.

Samsung TVs are a perfect choice for people who enjoy gaming and movies. Plus I never experience any complications with the tv.

The picture quality is stunning. All the built in Smart TV apps are great to have. We have had this for about a month now and are very pleased with it.

Best TV we've had so far picture quality is amazing ,cant imagine the Q9 version!there's 4k and then there's this ..big difference believe me.

We love this tv. Once set up which is easy it walks you thru it. We added the sound bar with wireless sub woofer. The picture is just awesome .

I bought this tv last month and so glad I did. The picture is beautiful and the sound is also pretty darn good, so you don’t really need a sound bar.

We love the great picture we get on this tv. The remote is easy to use and not bulky at all. The ability to load all the apps is nice slso.

Picture quality is excellent. However, sound is from the back and its quality may need some improvement. I have tried all settings. It is not to my total satisfaction. Now, I may need to buy a sound bar. Then, it is becoming a very expensive set up.

There's not much to say except it has a beautiful picture. So far there is nothing detrimental to report and I don't think there will be. I do wish we had gone larger. The 55 inch is a great size but we could have gone a few inches larger.

Good picture, controls easy to setup once you browse all the menus. Very good sound and better when amplified through my 5.1 Blu-ray player.

The QLED has a very high quality resolution and the 55 inch is perfect for the size room we have it in. Very clear, colors are sharp and natural.

Very impressive TV. Color is impressive. Watching 4k is outstanding There is only one set that could rival the picture quality and that is an oled.

We have only had the TV for 5 weeks and has been excellent. Clear and sharp. It's mounted on a wall and a sound bar would be a good addition.

I picked up this TV to replace our old one (10 years old) that was going bad. The picture and operation of this TV is very much improved.
