Great picture quality. We love art mode for when the television is not is use. The only issues have been: 1. There is a video glitch when connecting a Nintendo Switch. The color RGB mode of the switch must be changed to “limited range” for the switch to operate correctly. This was very frustrating to figure out. 2. The universal remote does not work well for controlling Comcast/xfinity recordings. It would be great if the remote could learn functions from another remote. That would make it a five star review.

This TV was easy to set up. The picture is awesome and it also is easy to add apps. I also like that it is easy to maneuver through choices of apps and channels. Now I just need to set up Smartthings in order to choose better screen saver pictures. This is another feature that I absolutely love because you don't have to look at a black screen on the wall; especially where this TV is hung in my home.

The tv’s QLED picture is insanely beautiful! My Apple TV programmed into it and all the smart apps as well makes for a perfect tv. Oh yea, having it function as art on the wall the a brilliant option as well. Makes one think why it always wasn’t the case with tv’s. This one sets a high bar.

I have only had this tv setup for a couple days but I am in love with it. The picture quality is excellent. Setup was a bit confusing and the remote is not all that intuitive but once I had all my components setup, I really enjoyed watching this hdtv and was amazed at the picture quality. I like the one connect unit, made it very easy to manage and hide all my wires.

I wasn’t able to install the tv in the location I wanted because of the External box and wires that needed to be installed with the tv. I thought everything would’ve been plugged in the back. I guess it makes sense...other than that the tv looks great. You get maybe 10-20 choices in artwork to display or you can subscribe to the monthly app for more. Picture looks great. Not as great as my Sony OLED but it’s still very nice.

Bought this TV to hang it directly on the wall. With the included wall mount the tv hangs flush with the wall. With this TV displaying pictures (looks fantastic) having it flush to the wall is necessary. Note: the tv is 16x9 and most of your phone pictures will need to be cropped. Also need to be landscape pictures.

real easy to install, perfect size, great picture. interface is fine, i’d love more apps like Criterion but theres plenty for streaming. you can upload your own photos from your phone for the art, thats a great feature. one slight downside: theyre usually pricey but i got it during the eoy sale

We love this television. Great picture, nice backgrounds. I don’t love that you have to pay monthly to get more artwork but it’s not a huge deal. Was a little tricky hanging the television also, but overall we are happy with it :)

The image quality is terrific, it was pretty easy to hang and set up. It's not really necessary to pay for the extra art archive, the set up offers a nice assortment of both the masters and contemporary artists. I love the matting options and for the most part the art and frame does not look like a tv which was my goal...it's a very fine addition to our living room. However, I still cannot configure the tv setting so that the art image will turn off when there is no activity in the room...as was described in the product guide. I will have to make a trip to Best Buy to figure that one out.

Sleek, slim, great quality and the art appearance when off is very realistic. Love this TV. Can have the TV as the focal point of the living room without losing style/taste.

Picture quality is good. Looks very good in our built-in cabinet. Less like a TV and more like a picture. Sits extremely flat on the wall and is very thin giving it he appearance of a picture.

TV has great picture and when it is in art mode the light sensors really help make it look like a picture, rather than a screen. Great product when you don't want the look of a TV on your wall.

If you don't want a large black rectangle inhabiting your living room wall, and would rather have a VanGough or art photograph or something more stylish while guests are visiting, this is your answer. It mounts very close to the wall, without ugly cable and power cords dangling down, The Frame is perfect. There is a single thin cord that carries power and the audio/video signal that is barely noticeable. Samsung also sells an "in the wall" option, but is about $100 or more that we did not think was necessary. We had Geek Squad do the install, and they were superb! Saved me probably 6 hours of my time and did a stellar, fast work of it.

Love this TV. So easy to set up and picture is amazing. Love that it has artwork to choose from. People walk in and think it is a framed picture.

This TV is awesome. We have wanted something like this for awhile and happened onto the Frame. Not only is the TV awesome but the framed picture is nice to look at instead of a black hole. The single wire hanging down the wall is the only thing I would change. Reception and quality of picture is great.

Like the Frame. The picture is very clear and the it is easy to navigate. Looking forward to many years of watching pleasure.

This TV is truly a piece of artwork. The quality is amazing. I really like the sensor feature that turns the artwork on when someone is in the room.

decided on this TV for a wall where profile mattered more than picture quality. If you're going for eyeball melting pics, get and OLED. For an overall great tv and sleek look on the wall, this fit the bill.
