It has excellent color, of course as QLED, and it’s room light sensing feature means that in art mode it keeps the picture subdued. Not happy that the additional frame was $150 extra, so we didn’t bother getting it, and do not really need it. The TV looks fine without it.

We wanted something that would complement the room while minimal use of TV. Great TV all around. Just a bit disappointing how expensive the frames and short the cable is.

Motion not working

I’m so dissatisfied with this tv I waited till they came out with the Qled and one of the main reason I purchased it was for the art mode and I’m having the same problem I wonder if the motion detector work on any of the tv Samsung need to fix the problem or quite making false claims.

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with the Auto Motion Sensor not working properly with your Frame TVs.
Samsung is aware of the issue and will provide a software update in July to remedy this issue.
Once the update is available, your TV will download the software fix if you opted in for auto updates. Otherwise, you can download it from Samsung.com: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/owners/product/2019-frame-tv-ls03r
