    This is my first smart TV, so that's got some good and bad results. It was really easy to set up after I got past all the aps and registration stuff, BUT you relinquish a lot of control over your TV when you go smart, because it's a computer now. Also I was disappointed that the frame feature has a subscription cost associated with it. There's free options, but they're very repetitive... I'll find a workaround though.

    Picture quality is fine, but the operating system is so slow and interface design looks so outdated. You also have to pay a monthly subscription to access the photos to use as a screen saver (which is the whole reason we bought this TV). If you really want it for the matte screen/picture look, I'd recommend using a Apple TV 4K or similar as the main interface. Ultimately, we returned this TV and went with the Hisense Canvas and I'm much more satisfied with it.

    Mounting in an apartment is problematic: can’t attach to a wall, but no longer available on a stand. In CA a stand with an earthquake feature to make a simple attachment to a wall, to prevent tipping over, would be attractive.
