A weird mix of art and tv

They're very different things, not sure the point of combining them. There's weird light artifacts and you have to pay an extra subscription fee to even get the art.

Poor customer service

I purchased this tv and scheduled an installation 2 weeks out. At 6:15pm the night before installation I got an automated call that the appointment was cancelled and rescheduled for 2 weeks later. I drove an hour to the closest Best Buy in Hickory , NC and discussed this with the Geek Squad. The rep was very nice and emailed higher up’s to rectify the situation. He told me that a rep would call me within the hour to reschedule earlier. No call ever was received. Now I am waiting until May 3 (4 weeks after paying for the tv) to see if they show up. Not good customer service at all.

In the art mode it adds to the ambiance of the room. The is one HUGE drawback, there is this UGLY BOX that sits on the floor below the TV. We were also not informed there was a requirement for conduit in the wall for the power to go from the UGLY BOX to the TV. That installation cost us $1,000. Had we known about the box we would have punched a second Lg TV.

I'm sorry to hear of this misunderstanding. The Frame TV comes utilizes a One Connect Box, allowing you to connect your components to one separate box, not to the back of the TV. Your TV is connected to the One Connect Box with the One Invisible Connection – a translucent cable allowing you to place your TV accessories wherever works best for you.
While The Frame TV’s included One Invisible Connection Cable is not rated for in-wall installation, an in-wall cable is available to purchase (Model: VG-SOCR86U/ZA), which can be ran through your wall.

Would have given 4 stars for the looks and remote, but the operating system is buggy and the apps lag and fail often. Other tvs and devices on my network have no issues.

The painting functionality is not great/cumbersome. Overall over priced.
