    My family really enjoys are Samsung Frame! We purchased it to use as a frame and not a TV. I purchased a Deco frame for it which are extremely overpriced but they are very high quality and look amazing. I wish the screen brightness could be turned down lower than its current lowest setting.

    Doesn't function as expected. When a device (IR or HDMI CEC) sends the "power off" signal, the TV powers off entirely instead of entering Art Mode (the ONLY reason I purchased it). This behavior is not present on 2021-2023, or 2025 models. The 2024 is the only one with this issue. The infrared "Power toggle" signal is the one the Samsung remote sends, and works as intended, so most won't notice the issue. For those who wish to avoid using the terrible Samsung smart features and use it exclusively with an Apple TV, this doesn't work. The Apple TV only sends the "power off" signal over CEC, so you can't use the Apple TV remote exclusively, and have to use the Samsung remote for just one button. I have been unable to raise the issue with Samsung, as their support doesn't understand the special functionality of this TV. "Power off" powers the TV off, working as intended, close the case.

    I love the look of a picture hanging on my wall! The installers said I can link my Google Photos to the Art section. I have not had luck doing this. I reached out to support in the chat and they gave me a link but I need someone to walk me through it.

    This is exactly what we were hoping for! Pick up was quick and seamless! Installation was easy and didn’t take more than 1 hour. The frame that I ordered for it was a perfect fit. Family loved watching the pictures on the slideshow over the Christmas holiday. Would definitely recommend.
