WHERE IS THE SERIAL NUMBER????????????????????????

I call Product Support and they need the serial number before they can schedule service. I flip the box over and there are all kinds of numbers on the two stickers - none of them the serial number. Tech explains that the serial number is ON THE BACK OF THE TV. So I have to unmount the TV in order to find the serial number????!!!!!! SO FRUSTRATING.

Poor quality and service

Purchased the TV in store and once turned on, lasted less than a day. It would turn off by itself at random and turn back on. No amount of troubleshooting ( with Samsung and BestBuy) helped. Called the store to schedule a pick up and was informed I had to take it back in person. They’re destined to not let me spend money.

Mislead

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Installation with no wires showing was never explained, customer service took messages didn’t call me when promised, finally after a couple of weeks with me calling three more times, someone called and said they could do an install in November for $650.00 plus an electrician. I took it back, that was not a pleasant experience either.

Best television ever!

I installed it on the wall at the foot of my adjustable bed. It is literally better than being at the movie theaters. Plus Samsung‘s television Netwerk is a free service through the television that provides thousands of channels and just tons of awesome Contin for free. It supports cloud gaming so I can play Xbox games on it without an Xbox I can play PC games on it without a PC. I mean you just have to own the game. All in all, I couldn’t be happier.

I love enjoying the different pictures. The TV quality is very good!!! LOVE IT!! It also was great working with everyone involved with the purchase at Best Buy!! Very Satisfied!! Would highly recommend.

Awesome TV and pretty pictures

Frames (sold separately) can be a little expensive, but it does change the look to a nice piece of art as opposed to just a tv.

Great tv- but read before you purchase

The tv went on sale 17 days after my purchase and they refused to do an adjustment for the price difference because the policy is 15 days. 56 min on with customer service and no stretching or exceptions of the policy are possible. Go to PC Richard, their policy is 30 days and they are reasonable. This is where I am going to purchase the frame for the tv as well as an outdoor tv. No good will at Best Buy!

Not worth the money
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Look, the Tv is nice but I had to return it after I found out you need a subscription to freely use the fame paintings. Thats one star off. Then on top of that it is a Samsung frame that doesn’t come with a frame. Another star off. Then it’s a frame tv that is supposed to sit on your wall like a picture but comes with a big ugly black box that you got to hid yourself. Another star off. I returned it and got the Hisense version and it solved all these problems at a cheaper price point.

Junk.

Took it out of the box, hung it per manufacturer instructions, turn it on all excited to watch and listen to my new tv. First thing I notice after plugging it in is the left speaker is outputting static noise when the tv isn’t turned on. Thought that was odd to start off. Go through the set up and update everything. Log in to Netflix. Tv plays Netflix start up sound. Ok cool we’re ready to chill. Nope. Select a movie to start. No sound. Go through and check the settings, everything appears in order. Unplug and let tv discharge. Plug back in. Same thing. Static sound from left speaker and about 10 seconds of sound output. Call Samsung support at 10:30 on a Saturday night. Get a nice lady that walks me through the same things I already just tried. No change. So now I have to wait for Samsung repair to come out to look at my brand to pile of junk hanging on my wall. Would not recommend.

Samsung moved features behind a paywall

They have paid art behind a subscription, but the festures like shuffle, or uploading your own art, were free. Well not anymore. Now you have to pay $50 to do that. It wasnt a free trial, they removed the features from being accessible without notice.
