Great device for the first 24 hours. After that connectivity becomes a really annoying issue. So it’s difficult to upload your art into it, which renders it useless if you don’t intend to use it as a tv. Samsung get it together!. I’ve never had an issue with any Samsung product til I bought this frame tv.

I love this TV, I love how because the feature of the frame. I wish it brought more free ones but overall the quality of the TV is great too! I did got the 5 year warranty with Best Buy bc you never know with new tec!

This is my second Samsung Frame TV. The 2021 version works great so I thought I would buy a second tv and thought why not get the newer version.....newer must be better. I love to display my own photos from a USB drive when not watching TV and the old version allows a simple way to establish a slide show where I can set the time each photo displays and have them display either in order or randomly. The new system isn't working right now and I have spent hours with Samsung trying to figure out why not. Yesterday the controls to set the slide show popped up and I was able to set them but now that control seems to not be available. I'm sure that the controls are there somewhere but they are just way too hard to find. Save yourself some money....buy the 2021 version which is still available.

1. Check for firmware updates – Keeping your TV up to date can resolve many performance issues: Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now 2. Run Device Care – This tool checks system memory, frees up cached data, and closes background apps that could be hindering performance: Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care 3. Cold boot your TV – With the TV powered on, press and hold the Power button on your remote for 5+ seconds until the TV restarts. This helps refresh the system.

Decent for what it does but Samsungs OS continues to be very buggy.

The TV itself is excellent. The options for different artwork to display are great and the ease of use is as expected for a Samsung TV. The only opportunity for improvement is the hanging hardware, as I feel it could be engineered to make it easier.
