    Very nice TV, but it developed dead pixels within just a few days after installation. Thought it might just be a calibration issue or, perhaps, I could ignore it, but no... Contacted Best Buy and was transferred 3 times only receive this chat message: "After reviewing your account, I have confirmed that your product is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. To ensure the warranty remains valid, I recommend reaching out to the manufacturer directly for an exchange or repair." Hot potato!

    Setting up my photos in the art section of the smart things app has been nothing but an ultimate nightmare… consistently says no network connection yet everything else is working fine..and when you Google it many many other people have the same issue and nobody can seem to help from Best Buy or Samsung

      We appreciate your feedback regarding the issues you are experiencing with your SmartThings app. If your TV status failed to add your device or does not respond to an action in your SmartThings app, you might want to try the following steps:

      • Make sure both devices are connected to the same local network. The phone and TV must be connected to the same network as your router to be discovered by the app.
      • Refresh the device using the SmartThings app. From the Devices tab, swipe down to refresh the device list.
      • Delete and re-add the device on the SmartThings app.

    Free channels are worthless

    1 star for good quality picture but sound quality is poor. Samsung TV channels are terrible. Can't get any Real local channels like Fox,ABC,CBS,NBC. Best Buy Sales reps had no clue what the 2700 free channels were and misreprented that it included free apps like netflix, Hulu, etc but with commercials. The truth is you get No free apps unless you pay for a subscription. Forget about access to Any NFL football games. You can only get fuball (soccer). And u need to subscribe to get any paintings that the Frame TV brags about. Samsung customer service was also clueless in trying me to find any real live channels that match what u can get on a normal American TV.

    We are very satisfied with the TV, however, we were told that we would get 2 years free of the "Art" thru Samsung/Best Buy. Best buy said it was a Samsung issue and Samsung is saying it is a Best Buy issue. We bought the Frame TV based on the "Art" 2 free years and still do not have it.

    The overall display size seem smaller than other 55'' class TV and also there is still a wire that comes out of TV and separate box to manage the TV

    The sales person told me there was not an additional piece of equipment that you have to have to run the TV. After purchasing realized there is a separate box the comes with it.

    Did not know it comes with a necessary external box which requires power as well as the tv. So the slim thin tv has an external control box. That is what you would expect with 10+ years old technology.Also not a standard mounting so a learning curve involved.

    Subtly Great

    It is a well designed piece of art that can display art, handle gaming and even be used as a TV. Sound is pretty good for the slim size and picture quality and lighting is clean and rich. The matte screen looks most like art when it's well lit or in sunshine. Get a border frame of whichever color you'd like because that really completed the look. Overall, the minimalist look is just right and it doesn't take over the room. Great choose for a room someone doesn't want a TV in, but you wantm a TV in.

    Could not be installed by your Geek Squad because ends of the One Connect box cables would not fit through existing wall cable conduit built in a brand new technology ready home. Very disappointing.

    Fantastic picture quality for the programs we watch, and the art display is wonderful. Some art looks like it has texture and almost as though it is on canvas. Amazing! With the added frame, it looks like art and not a television when we are not watching television.
