Could not be installed in a new tech ready home

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Could not be installed by your Geek Squad because ends of the One Connect box cables would not fit through existing wall cable conduit built in a brand new technology ready home. Very disappointing.

Sound is pretty good for the slim size and picture quality and lighting is clean and rich. The matte screen looks most like art when it's well lit or in sunshine. Get a border frame of whichever color you'd like because that really completed the look. Overall, the minimalist look is just right and it doesn't take over the room. Great choose for a room someone doesn't want a TV in, but you wantm a TV in.

The clarity is amazing, and whereas with our previous smart TVs, we used a Roku instead of the built in OS, we are using the Samsung interface with this one. We primarily bought this because of the ultra matte finish. We have been fighting glare from windows in our living room for years, and this solved it. That alone is worth the price for us. The art is a nice addition, but not something we need or use very much. We do not have it mounted, and I could see it being very cool mounted on the wall as the art does look realistic. The only down side .. we found it difficult to figure out how to turn off smooth motion (soap opera effect), which we absolutely abhor. Eventually we figured it out. But I do wish televisions did NOT come with this feature automatically enabled. It sucks.

Some art looks like it has texture and almost as though it is on canvas. Amazing! With the added frame, it looks like art and not a television when we are not watching television.
