Having a picture on the wall when not watching TV makes the room some much cozy and decorative. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the The Frame Pro doesn't come in a 55 inch size which we would have preferred for its better picture, processor, and the Wireless One Connect Box.

I would not have a tv over my fireplace if it was not for the Frame TV it really looks like a piece of art but the flexibility of s TV!

The options for different artwork to display are great and the ease of use is as expected for a Samsung TV. The only opportunity for improvement is the hanging hardware, as I feel it could be engineered to make it easier.

I recommend hooking up a streaming box instead. Mounting is straightforward. Picture quality is meh for the price, but the trade off is worth it if you prioritize decor over a quality home theater experience.

Thought it might just be a calibration issue or, perhaps, I could ignore it, but no... Contacted Best Buy and was transferred 3 times only receive this chat message: "After reviewing your account, I have confirmed that your product is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. To ensure the warranty remains valid, I recommend reaching out to the manufacturer directly for an exchange or repair." Hot potato!
