Best buy said it was a Samsung issue and Samsung is saying it is a Best Buy issue. We bought the Frame TV based on the "Art" 2 free years and still do not have it.

After purchasing realized there is a separate box the comes with it.

Slim but

So the slim thin tv has an external control box. That is what you would expect with 10+ years old technology.Also not a standard mounting so a learning curve involved.
