Great Tv but Malfunction issues

The problem is that this feature turns on without prompt, which lowers the volume and blocks the screen when it is activated. I was sent a new remote which unfortunately did not help the problem. Best Buy/Geek Squad, instead of offering to replace the tv completely, has instead offered to either repair the motherboard (of a 30-day old tv) or disable the feature completely, only activating it using the menu when I want to use the feature. Which is defeating the whole purpose of buying an expensive tv to use these great features.

Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. For better voice control, we recommend you to turn off the far field mic setting and use the mic button on the remote instead.
To stop Bixby from activating itself, please go thru the following steps to make sure the far field mic is turned off:
1. Short press the mic button on the remote to get the Bixby Settings page.
2. Go to Explore Now, then Settings, then Voice wake-up, and select Off.

Thought would have been drastically improvement from 3-4 years apart but surprisingly dont see any difference on pic quality. Huh... got to get used to this one couple more weeks I guess..

The Smart features require internet connection, but my internet service is poor so I don't have the TV connected to the internet. The remote control is very small and a bit confusing to use.

Took one month to get replacement screen panel, that one quit after 60 days. Samsung refunded the full price. Go with the Q90 instead.
