Not impressed

When I saw this TV in the store it was beautiful and I decided that it was the one I wanted. Got it home and I was not very impressed. Easy to set up and I liked the apps and Smart Things. But the picture never would adjust for me. It seemed very bright and washed out even after googling settings and messing with them. It also had this motion problem. It seemed to “stutter” a whole lot. I even googled setting for the motion settings but never had any luck getting it to look like what was in the store. I ended up returning it, and going with the LG.

I am sorry to see that you were not able to achieve the same vibrant image quality at home as you saw in store.
The Q60R offers several preset picture modes for easily optimizing your viewing experience:
1) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments. This might have been the mode you experienced in store.
2) Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments.
3) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience.
4) Movie: Is suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room.
