Old shows look like new video and new content is spectacular. Amazing seeing the definition on the faces. "Is that a pimple?" The ARC HDMI support works great with my Yamaha RX-V685. I run a PLEX server and the 4K content looks amazing. Sports are good. Haven't see a problem with the 60hz refresh yet. The remote is super nice. It has a solar panel on the back. I have not had the remote die at all with minimal light source charging it. The channel guides and volume are very intuitive. The Samsung TV is also very nice. Tons of channels, with commercials but heck they are free! I am a cable cutter and and enjoy this feature. I also have an antennae connected and get over 30 local channels were I live.

The Samsung Q60 has an excellent picture and attaching the sound bar made the space more efficient and less cluttered. The installers Gary and Eric did a fabulous job installing not only the TV but also a couple of floating shelves I had that I didn't know they could install for a reasonable fee. Their excellent customer service on install day rounded out the entire wonderful experience I had from start to finish.

Very crisp screen and looks seamless on my wall. The sound is great and all the added functions are a bonus. The only think I wish is that it had more HDMI outlets.

I purchased this device years ago and it updates automatically so there’s no lag or slow while switching applications. Love this product and will definitely purchase another bigger one.

I had planned to purchase a sound bar due to lack of volume from the last couple. This is not our “movie” TV. So, quality sound isn’t important. We can simply hear and understand what’s heard from this TV.

I am glad you are enjoying the picture quality brought to you by Quantum HDR engineered to deliver the full effect of every image with dynamic tone mapping that draws from a wider range of color and brightness than standard HD. Deep blacks, vibrant imagery and detail always shine through.
We appreciate your feedback regarding the issues you are experiencing with the Solar Cell remote. If you press any key on the remote, and the LED indicator at the top of your remote stays on for about 3 seconds rather than blinking, please try the following steps to reset your remote:
1) Long press the RETURN key and ENTER key together for about 10 seconds if your remote was once paired already with the TV, you do not need to re-pair it again. However, if it was not paired with the TV, pairing must be done after the reset.
2) The RETURN key is on the left side of your remote and looks like a curved, backwards pointing arrow.
3) The ENTER key is the button in the center of your directional ring.
To assist you in learning the various functions and settings of your new Solar Cell remote, you can download the Solar Cell Remote Guide directly from Samsung’s website by clicking “Support” in the top right corner. Then go to “Manuals & Software” > “TVs & Home Theater” > “TVs”. From there, you can select the Q60A under "QLED 4K TVs” > "A Model Lineup". Additionally, you can find other guides and manuals to further assist you with your TV’s features.

I love the picture and sound quality. The only thing i don’t like is the TVs have storage and one time i had to refresh and unplug the TV because one of my apps weren’t working. As long as the issue doesn’t persist i love the TV! I also love it comes with free Samsung TV, that’s pretty dope!

The clarity is exceptional. It is very simple to use. Installation was a breeze. We did however buy better fasteners for it to Mount to the wall.

Can't beat the price I got it for. Needed to replace my old 40" Panasonic plasma tv (which still was in good condition, but needed a Smart TV). Watching the Superbowl on this new tv was just great!
