Great picture and sound. Easy to setup and add apps. The new controller takes a little getting use to.

If you want vivid looking images, the same as in store, go for a TV with 120Hz refresh rate. You will feel ripped off otherwise, but it gives a good picture; and at times you can feel the "4K" experience at 60Hz. The TV is thin, has a good size for an apartment, and sounds fine even when I forget to turn on my sound bar. If you want to impress someone other than yourself, you can never go wrong with Samsung; but if it is only a personal treat, there probably are TVs that give a similar experience at a lower price point.

Samsung TV's are the best on the market, hands down. I haven't bought another TV brand in the last 10 years or so, they're built with quality, and the picture is always miles ahead of other brands. iPhones use Samsung screens for a reason. This QLED 55" is no different. Stunning definition, and the picturesque Ambient Mode is unbelievable. My next TV purchase won't be for a few years, but it will definitely be Samsung.

Fantastic TV for a bedroom setting. I do wish it had Android applications I'm embedded in it. The sound could be better as well. Would still buy again.

Excellent tv for the price! Was on tight budget for this, and with same budget would buy this again. However, in hindsight we might have saved up a bit more and spent the ~$150 on the next model up for these reasons: Only 3 HDMI limits us to soundbar, tivo, and roku and would have to unplug something should we ever use blue ray player again (next model up has 4 hdmi). While the brightness and black levels are quite good, supposedly they are even better on the next model up which could be handy when TV in bright light. That all said, we do LOVE this TV!

I absolutely love my 55" Samsung Smart Tizen TV. So many apps and programs are already included in this TV, even the screening apps that I enjoy so much. The picture is so sharp and clear, bringing the colors and sparkle to the screen. In addition to the product, I highly recommend the Geek Squad tech services and overall customer service at Best Buy stores. One of my favorite stores to shop!

was told by best buy personal that this tv had the sound adjuster so we could boost voice.....nope!!!! not happy!!! did not discover this until after we had it for a few weeks, mounted....

We purchased this TV for our bedroom, beautiful picture and color quality out of the box. The colors and brightness are excellent even in a dark room. We purchased a sound bar, can’t comment on the tv sound without it. The only complaint we have is that some videos streaming from Prime Video are not full screen. We tried to adjust the picture setting, however, it is grayed out. Have looked online and find others having the same issue. We’re going to talk to our BB salesperson and ask for guidance.
