Love the new TV

Wish it had RCA jacks so I could still connect the Nintendo Wii, but I'll figure something out. I use a separate Bose audio system, so can't evaluate the speakers. Used Bestbuy curbside pickup and they were awesome!

Great Audio and Video and Easy to Use

I was concerned about the Samsung Smart Remote being complicated, but so far it is pretty intuitive. The single remote can do everything cable TV and streaming services. It can even access the cable company guide with the same display as with the cable remote.

My first smart t.v.

My program options are limited (my choosing) and some video is not able to be viewed with the quality of others. At a point in time that I acquire additional apps I believe I will be better able to enjoy the full potential of the product.

Upgrade to QLED

I have an older Samsung TV and know how bad the sound output can be. This unit has adaptive and amplify sound options and you can tell the difference. We initially purchased the 4k LED and didn’t like the picture quality so we returned it and upgraded to the QLED and we are very happy.
