The volume and channel bars are glitchy and takes you to the Samsung Guide instead of changing the channel. Some channels have pictures that kind of jump and fidget.

Thank you for choosing the Samsung Q60A TV and for sharing your feedback regarding the remote, as well as your picture quality. For optimal motion image performance, you may want to adjust the picture clarity setting by going to: Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Picture Clarity Settings
- Off: Picture Clarity Settings will always be off
- Auto: Picture Clarity Settings will automatically activate and deactivate based on the type of program being watched
- Custom: Allows custom adjustments and settings to be used. By selecting the Custom option, you can access these advanced settings for Judder Reduction, LED Clear Motion, and Noise Reduction.

Sound quality is lacking, but the picture on dark screens/dark backgrounds is awful!! Thankful for the manufacturers warranty. Swapped the TV for a comparable Sony.

Great picture, sub-par UI

However the UI for Samsung TVs in my experience is quite buggy. I can't get into my TV settings without it freezing up and sometimes requiring a restart. The UI experience is just not up-to-par in my opinion. Not to mention that Samsung still hasn't made a Crunchyroll App for their TVs despite the merger with Funimation and it's leading to confusion and issues. All this considered, I have to knock a star off my review. I'd give it full marks, because fundamentally this is a TV and it displays things great. 90% of the time I don't notice these inconveniences, but that 10%... it sure is annoying.

Vibrant color, ease of use and new Solar panel remote! I enjoy gaming and the color “pops” on the screen making the experience even better. The only challenges thus far has been with the new Tizen chip and the compatibility with YouTube Tv. I have contacted support and all of the other apps I frequently utilize have worked efficiently and effortlessly. For whatever reason, YouTube Tv has been a challenge thus far with buffering issues and channel surfing. Nonetheless, hopefully the issue will be resolved with the integration of new technology within the Tv and the YouTube app. As far as everything else, I am happy with my purchase.

Ive used a lot of smart tv's that have had not-so-good software. This one is perfect. Easy to use, fast, reliable. Remote is great with being able to recharge it rather than standard batteries. AND it also has a solar panel on the back for recharging. Sound is surprisingly really good as well. Was going to purchase a separate soundbar but after using the tv realized there was no need.
